everything was perfect, luxurious place, friendly staff, amazing food and kids club is out of the world we have spent afternoon time in the Den through out our stay to enjoy our time with our daughters. Elsa was our butler for our stay she is an amazing person always helpful well Soneva is so lucky to have her. visiting Soneva was on my bucket list since 2016 and i have accomplished my desire.

everything was just perfect the villa, the restaurants and the staff

unbelievable villa and facilities design.very well trained and experienced staff except watersportnice and sophisticated GYM and overwater cinema

food is of average quality , there is no good choice of fresh fish extremely overpriced restaurants outdoor sport facilities are very few and in bad conditions , except tennis court surf trips are twice more expensive that usual in Maldives and of bad quality ( surf coach does not have a proper forecast , knowledge of spots , so a lot of of time waisting by spots chasing )no interesting coral reef and very few fish for snorkeling

Such a disappointed, I returned to Soneva for the last time.

It is so sad, is this what the Soneva chain has become? They double charged accommodation (careful if they say on booking.com messages that your credit card did not go through) by charging both the booking.comaccount and directly through the Jani reservations team and now a month later I am trying to recover the money due. I stayed in the soneva resort before but Jani is at this point not up to the luxury standards. Villas do not work well (only 4-5 years old after they opened) and the staff is hit and miss, some brilliant and some not so interested. A bad experience.

Stunning place! Great service! Exceptional amount of space per villa, especially in Chapter 2. The slide is a lovely add on.

It's a big island, lots of people so less private but thats a minor thing.

The Resort is Brand New , every small piece , detail of the hotel is Luxurious, EVERY PANNY WORTH THE STAY AMAZING The Chocolate, Ice cream , Speedboat The Service The Food The Grounds ( Spotless clean the grounds !! u can’t even find a fallen leaves from the trees on the whole island , I accidentally bicycling to the Host area omg like a village was so beautiful area The Beach like in Paradise

The staff are very friendly specially our butler Shyma. The villas are spacious and super comfortable. The experience of staying at Soneva Jani is unforgettable. We strongly recommend this resort for couples or families.

I wish everyone to visit this place at least once in their lifetime. Truly remarkable place. Heaven on earth with the best services, delicious food and amazing experiences. I highly recommend to try the coral planting experience. It was one of the best moments in my life. To see how the corals get damaged, how important it is to prevent it while seeing the underwater world living all around.

We had a room with over water hammocks and a slide - all of which were amazing. Everything here was top notch. The food, grounds, room and hotel property overall was like nothing I've seen before and especially for a private island like this. You could be in a full-fledge mall or in 10 minutes be in a remote beach via golf cart. I could happily live here forever. The breakfast in the hammocks over the water was like none other.

If just to nitpick - the room lighting controls were the most overly complex and confusing of any place I have ever been to in any country of the 50+ Ive been to. In addition, a resort of this stature should have universally adapted outlets - which a few neighboring hotels of a lesser price already had in the Maldives.
