Pros +
- The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, and a good value for the money.
- It's a nice hotel a very good value for your money The staff were all incredibly kind and helpfulReally good parking options, right outside the front door of the hotel
- Very friendly staff that made a solo traveller welcome. Buffet meals had plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Having a small indoor pool and sauna was great but I did not have time to explore these fully. Bag drop and shower after my cross country ski race and after check out was the icing on the cake. 5 min walk to train station has to be up there too.
Cons -
- The toilet seat was broken and it could be a hazard for an individual with mobility issues.
- Only twins bed didn't have any options for queen or king
- Walking around the property to get to main entrance with a big bag when icy. Entrance designed for drivers.

Very charming hotel, which gives you a very cosy feeling. Room, staff and breakfast are wonderful. The have as well a really nice spa with sauna and a swimming pool. Very recommendable!
We stay here two or three times per year and it’s always good. Parking is excellent, it’s supremely convenient and the beds are super comfortable (except the pillows, but we have our own with us) ?
Renovations were ongoing in the rooms adjacent ☹️ bit of a nuisance but hey, improvement is always a good thing.
Excellent customer service, the rooms are extremely comfortable and they serve a great breakfast
Breakfast and dinner included in the price. The food was great. The staff were lovely.
Rooms were basic but very clean.
Staff was excellent and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.
The buffet was perfectly fine - not as many options at others we stayed at but there were enough options for anyone to find a filling breakfast.
Just plain nice. I was one of few and even though the reception was unmaned, everything just went perfect. The breakfast was super nice ?
There was nothing
We travel through MORA at least twice per year and always stay here. The staff are super friendly and everything is always spot on - from the breakfast to the room, the parking, WiFi (free) and location.
We were not too happy with the fact that we could not stay a little longer, also the cereal but then I do not like cereal, so actually - NOTHING AT ALL.
Big room, close to the station, everything you need is present. Sauna and pool is a great extra! Breakfast is good - typical buffet style.
The big window was facing the parking, making it a little uncomfortable if I wanted to chill in the room. The walls are not very sound-proof.
Poor
Poor location, uninspiring building. Picture on booking site was the only pleasant part. Not right for leisure travel.
The room and public areas are cosy. Personal are nice. Food is good
Breakfast was great, with a good selection. Bed itself comfortable but the pillow was very thick and strangely, there was a thin sort of pillow under the sheet as well, which I had to remove.
The pillow as above.
Been here a couple of years ago.Still a really nice hotel, big room, very clean with kettle for hot drink.Nice Staff, abundant breakfast, plus for dinner there was a rally nice (and cheap) buffet! Will come back again.
Breakfast was ok. location short walk from center and close to kiosk and gas station. lots of parking space.
close to railway station, very clean and comfortable. Had a kettle in the room.
This seems to have been an old Scandic hotel, now converted into a separate business. The rooms and décor is a bit old-fashioned, but everything is practical. The little pool is nice. The parking is close to the entrance. The breakfast is nice - as Scandic breakfast was before they changed it. The lounge area is nice.
The staff shows very little interest in the guests. As we were the only guests in the breakfast room we would have expected a 'good morning' from the breakfast hostess. Instead she just looked right through us, like we were not there. Same experience both mornings we were there. We did not receive any allergy information on the breakfast even though we had asked for it in writing beforehand and verbally when checking in.They asked us to pay for the full stay without even getting a chance to see the rooms. A bit weird. We did not try the restaurant as they had no children's meals.
Clean comfortable good sized room. Nice breakfast. Free parking.
Best beds in any hotel we have used.Breakfast was good.Friendly staff.Cleanliness of rooms.
