Mora Hotell & Spa

It has a great location and the food was good.

It did not have a coffee or tea in the room. There was a sauna and spa in the hotel, but no complementary robes in the rooms. The hotel itself is a bit dated in decor.

Very nice and friendly staff which helps and give pointers without being asked. Good breakfast. Restaurant for diner was also great although a little expensive

What a wonderful stay we had. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

Didn't quite understand the parking. Used the handicapped spot and hung my handicapped placard. Had a $40 parking ticket in the morning. Handicapped parking is free in the US. My mistake.

Spa is small but nice. Spaceous room where you can open the window.

Outdated interior.No extra towel for the spa in the room.

Breakfast was good with a wide selection of good food served in a large comfortable atmosphere.

Booking.com's description of the room did not match the actual room. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room. I booked a Business Room for those features. A member of staff did offer to store items in their fridge.

Super comfortable bed! Perfect location for our needs. Great staff. Great bar & restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. We got lucky and found a parking spot onsite.

Blackout curtains could do a better job of blacking out… even at the darkest of night.

No free parking and the hotel's parking was very limited. I had to park 200 meters away and it was not cheap.The room was very warm after a long sunny day. No AC and only a noise fan. It was hard to get sleep.I understand it was summer time so things might fall between cracks, but my booking of massage didn't went through and I didn't receive any information.

The bathroom was small which made it difficult to open the shower door.I asked the lady at the bar for some drink and she served two men before me. Also husets wine was more expensive than at other bars.

Mora Hotell & Spa is a very conveniently located hotel that is the perfect place to stay to discover Mora and surroundings and a gateway to other areas in Sweden.After a trip with the Inlandsbanan rail (during which we already had 1 night at the hotel prior to our train package), we returned to Mora for 3 more nights. Mora is very charming and the cultural cradle of Sweden and this can really be felt when spending time here.The biggest asset is the family atmosphere the owners, and in particular Patrick, create. Patrick makes time to answer questions, give advice and gives you that genuine feeling he is interested in his guests and proud of his hotel and Mora and will go the extra mile to see smiling happy faces.The breakfast is amazing, the trainstation Mora Strand is at very short walking distance and bikes can be rented at the hotel, which we did to reach Nusnäs to visit Dalahäst factories. Rooms are comfortable and the spa facilities really make you relax from the daily hustle and bustle at home...

They don’t have free parking as the booking said. We appreciate the time of the woman in the reception who help us with the parking. At the end we never paid for the parking but it is not good once you are there they wanted to you for the parking. Spa closed early why has not sense because this is the tittle of the hotel and they always said that it was good however we were four days and never in the Spa. It was not really worthy.

Mora Hotell is a lovely place, and probably the best place to stay in Mora.

I have been there before, and they had a nice breakfast buffet.This time however, the hotel was very full, and the hardworking staff struggled to keep the buffet fresh - simply stretched over their limit. Otherwise, no complaints (:
