Centrally located. One of very few good hotels. Rooms aware spacious. Good buffet breakfast with many food choices.

A bit dated. Rooms need upgrade.

This is my second time at the hotel (first time was 4-5 years ago) and I can easily confirm that it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in terms of the service and management.Strong smell of sugar era everywhere. Even I’m a smoker, it’s impossible to stay at the room with such a strong smell.Internet is not working.They even charged me for a bottle of drinking water even the sign at the room says that the water is complimentary

HVing stayed at the "Luxury" hotel in Daklak I find that Elephants is the much better option. The property is well-maintained staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is quite good. The rooms are modern with good amenities.like safe and mini fridge. Lots of food within walking distance as well as the town market. Even the decoration inside is phenomenal showing local art of the Ede people

- the pool needs cleaning regularly - the gym is small , lack of weight machines

The staff is very nice

The swimming pool is not recycling water so I got allergy medicine when I after swim. Fitness center is not air conditioning it’s so hot.

Very spacious and well-designed rooms: immersion tubs, high floors and beachfront access. Excellent amenities for the price. Room service was prompt and capable of honoring special requests to the letter. Would stay again!

Noisy room, I was on 16th floor but still I can hear the noise from street and cars

The hotel was modern and in good condition, it could have easily been a five star hotel in Europe, Australia or Americas . All of the staff were very helpful and polite.

It was infested with cockroaches, even the plates in the breakfast buffet were covered in cockroaches. You could seem them everywhere so I am surprised the management did not seem to care about the pest issue. I realise this is the tropics and there are insects but cockroaches , especially European ones such as the hotel had are indications of a deeper issue with sanitation and cleanliness.

Nice room, good food and perfect location

Main entry was huge and clean. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet had good selections

Customer service, a lack of. As we walked up to the hotel, many staff saw us holding lots of baggage. No acknowledgement and no assistance. Even after I checked-in, the receptionist didn't ask the bell people to help. They saw us but just stood around. Considering this was rated as 5 stars, I expected basic service.

The hotel is right in the center of Buon Ma Thuot so there are a lot of restaurants around. In addition, the room is spacious and clean.

Water was changing from warm to cold to warm during showeringAbove my room there as rooftop bar, very early in the morning they started cleaning with a lot of noice because of moving chairs and tables.

Skimpy breakfast and ill-maintained gym and shower facilities. The men's shower room did nt have any shower heads.

Nice and clean room.

The hotel doesn't have any anti covid tools in the vicinity. This can be done as a preventive measure even the cases there in the city are low. Need additional pillow - since pillow provided are small and thin.

a badly run hotel with an incompetent receptionist who has a poor communication skill.

Check inWater pressure in the shower is worst I have seen - even a 2 star hotel has better shower pressure.shower gel looks like it been out of date and has rust on the bottlebreakfast served an eggs "that was swimming in oil" 2 bread roll and an orange juice that was so diluted with water, its like drinking water with orange flavour.
