Elephants Hotel

Very nice swimming pool, big changing room, great variety at breakfast buffet

Room is a bit too small, and the shower stall in the bathroom was so small that it was hard to move around while taking a shower.

Room was spacious, clean enough for a short stay.

Lobby was smelly, carpets had many stains, smoke smell throughout the hallway.

Breakfast, staff, room

It's a beautiful hotel, newly constructed, well maintained, friendly and courteous staff - and all at a great price. Hard to imagine what more you would want in a hotel. There are lots of nice, interesting local restaurants within walking distance. Not close to anything remarkable but that's primarily because there's not much remarkable to see in Buon Ma Thuot! Most of the sights of interest, like the waterfalls and elephants, require going out of the city.

We had a great stay in Buon ma Thuot, we learned so much about coffee, cacao and the Ede culture. The hotel was great and it had a wonderful buffet. The staff helped me book bus tickets and I accidentally left my Bluetooth speaker there and they shipped it to me in Hoi an. Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel. The included breakfast in the morning was actually really good compared to others that offer a free breakfast usually being bland. This one has different options daily while still having certain options consistent. Rooms were nice fairly modern was able to smart cast to TV to enjoy films . Really good hotel.

The location. In boun ma thout area if you are looking for nightlife or anything like that. There's really not much going on there in that sense. Lots of shops start closing around 9pm not really lively at night at all unless you just want to karaoke or something. Town is pretty much just alot of motorbikes traveling anywhere but seemingly there kinda interesting.

Clean room. Great location.

Some staff members are not friendly and not helpful. They need more hospitality training.

This is a real 4* hotel at a 2* price. Everything about the hotel wes excellent, especially the efficiency of staff, the comfort of the room and the quality of the buffet breakfast.

If I had to make a criticism, it would be that our windows had not been cleaned. A small thing that did not detract from our enjoyment of the city view.

Very clean and good location

Take long to have the hot water

Location is super convenient. Buffet is good, alot of varieties. Staff is friendly. Room is big and clean.

Buffet room is not well smell equipment treatment.

Great hotel within walking distance to.lots of food and close to town market. seriously a great deal on a decent hotel room with a decent buffet for breakfast. in room safe and mini fridge. It's I think the tallest building in the area made it easy to navigate on foot from wandering around town.

The property was lovely and clean staff friendly

I had no hot water, my fridge didn't work which was replaced

Second time at that hotel. And will probably repeat, because there are not many options in this hotel category.

Hallway carpets are old and nasty. The breakfast is unappetizing.

Loved the huge pool, easy walk to seafood restaurant. Friendly staff. Good size rooms. Easy access to Yok Don National Park

location good. Breakfast was just ok. . Spacious bath room & Clean

I forgot my sunglasses at suite room. However, I could not have it back although I called the Reception 10 minutes after leaving hotel.

Nice clean facilities..staff were very friendly..fantastic breakfast every morning.great location.

Everything was great.

Good location, nice room, great spa & friendly staff. I had the best massage I’ve ever had at the spa. The breakfast buffet was decent, but if you went towards the end the food wasn’t kept warm in the serving dishes. We went early our second day & it was a completely different experience.

Nice hotel, rooms were spacious and clean. It was very convenient for our one night stay.

All good

Room was clean, breakfast was good with a good selection.

Some parts of the building outside etc were a bit run down. The gym didn’t have a lot of equipment.

I love that the location was near a grocery store and if I needed any necessities, I could walk there.

I had a room that looked a bit worn down. There was a whole in my room
