Location, design and service. Rooms are well equipped. Small decor in the room and in the area make the stay wonderful

The staff was so friendly. We arrived 2.5 hours before check in after a 4 night sailing expedition and desperately needed showers and a nap. The staff was able to get us into our room early and I was really appreciative of that!The facilities were nice. We enjoyed hanging out at the hotel after being so active for the previous two weeks of our trip. It’s nice that there are two pools to use, a work out space (with fans) and wellness services.I would definitely recommend!

Construction noise next door, but it seems like that would’ve been a problem almost anywhere in El Nido.

So much ambience from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful, loved all the timber, and a gorgeous view from our balcony. The staff were warm and friendly and we loved the dogs, especially the tiny puppy currently bouncing around. We ate all our meals at the restaurant and food was always so fresh and delicious, as well as the cocktails. We also enjoyed an incredible massage on site. We loved how we could just WhatsApp reception for anything we needed, including room service.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help whether it was organising transport or activities for the day. The meals and drinks were amazing and staff were always attentive. My partner and I especially enjoyed the free yoga session and bingo night. We also booked the signature massage and it was so amazing and relaxing! The admin staff were more than happy to help us reschedule our reservation when our flights got changed too, which was really helpful.

We enjoyed staying here, the rooms were clean but the pool area was a bit neglected. .we rented scooters, so the location was ok, the staff were kind and helpful, we liked the little bar near the reception, the lazy life and the greenery! Would come again!

The pool was clean but in the area around the pool there were dirty, discoloured bean bags...and it looked a bit neglected...

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. ?️The location was perfect if you want a place away from the busy crowd. However, prices of restaurants here could be a bit on the high end. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay.I wouldn’t hesitate to book again through Booking.com—it made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Travel to El Nido Center can be costly. Each short tricycle ride is 100pesos.

Amazing staff. Perfect location just outside the buzz of downtown but super close with great dining options walkable.

Very nice place to stay, with swimming pools, a spa center and a bar-restaurant. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is OK, but keep in mind that there is no direct access to the sea.

Well it is practically just by the 'nation highway', so you can hear cars and, importantly, tuk tuks passing by until late. For that they provide earplugs but they can get the light sleepers so far...

The big open shower was about the only thing I liked, besides the staff, they were very nice and friendly and the lady at the front desk was nice enough to find me a private or shared van from Puerto Princesa to the hotel.

However, the floor in the shower was very slippery when it got wet. The AC smelt like mildew and was loud. I didn't like that the toilet was separate from the sink, so you had to walk around to the shower, just to wash your hands after. The bed was ok, but they have this wood framed mirror above the bed and I slammed my knee cap into it very hard in the middle of the night to where I thought I might have broken it! Loud traffic from the road directly outside of the room. Sewage smell occasionally, so they had a Glade Plug-in to mask the smell.Outside, there was barely a view because of trees and other buildings. The smoking area was tiny and had no seating. The guy at the bar took my order and told me they only had regular coffee and then proceeded to not make it and ignore me. I then witnessed the pool guy dump so many chemicals into the pool that it literally started SMOKING! I was terrified to even step foot into it after seeing this! There's no beach access, and the pools are very tiny and could possibly melt your flesh. Last, the entire place was being run off a generator while I was there, and it kept shutting off, and the building would lose full power. This only happened for a couple hours when I first arrived, but it was still worth noting. Save your money and just book the Lime hotel next door!

They had the most wonderful staff catering to all of our needs. Rooms are big enough for groups. Commendable for taking care of their dogs. Hope Red is okay she was our most favorite part of this stay!

WiFi was a little slow but probably due to weather

Beautiful rooms, pools, resort, bar and restaurant. Very nice staff especially EJ and Dada.

Location isnt great as the beach is not swimmable and the town is not within walking distance

Team were super friendly, hotel in a good location just out of the hustle and bustle of town. Food and drinks were good, pool was nice.

The staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean. The place is peaceful.

The room in this place was a standout. It was spacious and clean as well as the air conditioning was amazing. We really liked the pool as well as the restaurant serving delicious food and cocktails. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Our only issue and for us it was a big one was that on Sundays, they have a pool party between 6pm-midnight. The music was so loud that we couldn’t even hear ourselves speaking to each other in our room. It was rave music and it was impossible for us to get to sleep.

Two very nice swimming pools, high quality accommodation, tuk-tuks always ready in front of the hotel (10 min to El Nido center , 5-7 min to Marimegmeg beach . Fantastic massage options :) I recommend the signature massage :)

Food prices quite high and breakfast portions small. Rest was great

The room is big and nice with comfortable bed, good AC, nice bathroom, etc. The staff are also very helpful and was flexible with an very early check-out. Food and drinks more expensive than average, though.

The accommodation is located by the main road, so the noise from the street can be heard very well (we had room facing the street). Better windows would already improve it.
