The room was a big. The balcony was nice.

Shower and faucets water smell very bad. People smoked near our cabin. We couldn’t enjoy at the beautiful balcony because of smoking smell. Every morning, we found bats poos in the balcony and we had to ask a housekeeper to clean it. The breakfast menu doesn’t have much variety. They had only instant coffee.

The first room did not have a window and was not very private so we had to close the blinds and therefore it was too dark. But we could change into a better bungalow for the rest of the stay.The beach is very small and not suitable for swimming and sunbathing.

The location was quiet and restful. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. The outdoor space off the bungalow is great for rainy days. The staff was friendly.

The locking mechanism on the door to our bungalow was a challenge to lock every time. Sometimes it took several minutes to lock the door. The toilet seats are too small so you sit part on the plastic seat/ part on ceramic bowl.

The rooms and food are excellent. Staff is very nice and accommodating.

The pool and location aren’t very good. While the view is nice there is no beach really. During the day the tide is all the way up to the restaurant. And when the tide goes down in the evening the seas leaves the scant beach covered in garbage. The location is too close to town so it’s nice an area to walk around.

Just loved my stay here.... Spacious seaside bungalow, would highly recommend to get one of those. Being able to listen to the waves every morning is just blissful, still can't get over it.The breakfast is nice, and got some decent coffee options too.

The food at the restaurant is only ok from what i tried.... they have a really nice space for it so could do better.

The place is very quiet away from the road and very romantic. The location is perfect.

The safe is old and the bed is hard. Not much food selection for Filipino like me.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Private villa was exceptional, good bed, good shower, good aircon, awesome massive balcon. Pool was lush, food was exceptional and staffs were professional and extremely nice! :)

Expensive, but well looked after and a really high level of service.

+ Very relaxing, great location with beautiful setting & only short trike journey to town or the opposite direction to Las Cabanas. + Comfortable room with good layout, terrace & shower/bathroom facilities.+ Good food at the restaurant with plenty of other options along the beach nearby.

- Beach not one to relax on and swim, more marina-ish style for fishing/tour boats. Not property’s fault of course.

- location - nice staff, very nice manager quick to handle problems

- make sure you don’t stay in room 11. It is an old room (foggy old windows you cannot see thru, back of garden, adjacent to kitchen/back of house, etc). We had 4 nights there but the manager was quick to offer an upgrade for the 4th night, and complimentary drinks/food.

Nice big clean rooms. Food is good at the restaurant. Staff are helpful.

The pools need work especially the one attached to our villa. I would not pay extra for that.

Beachfront, very clean, nice restaurant by the beach, friendly staff

We went here with family and friends for my 40th. The manager set up a table for us and put on a buffet of food with a cake. Location was amazing, really had that resort island feel.

Beds weren't the best, bit hard and the pillows were too hard and big. The bathroom water ran a bit orange every so often but other than these things this place was amazing.

The view, the rooms, the facilities and the staff are really great.

- The room was exceptional in terms of design, functionality and comfort. Even though the price is high but it is worth every penny. - The staff is very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like a regular. - The resort has a private beach area and a pool. - It was 5 minutes ride with the tricycle from Las Cabanas Beach that has the best sunset in El Nido.

- The pool was a but small.

The rooms were excellent, spacious with your own personal terrace with chairs and table. Air conditioning worked very well, great water pressure. The only issue was that sometimes the water in the sink and toilet had a brownish color that eventually cleared after running a while.The resort is set in the trees which gives shade and cozy atmosphere. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The food was good but the menu was fairly limited.Only complaint was that we ordered bottled water for our room several times but it never showed up.

The areas of the resort and the swimming pool are beautiful, not too many bungalows (so not very crowded) and it is located right next to the beach.

We booked a bungalow with sea view, but the bungalow is in front of the swimming pool, and yes, after the swimming pool, the restaurant and a bunch of trees, you might get to see the see reflection. The windows of the room where so damaged/blurry, that even with a view, it was not possible to enjoy it.The shower was not working properly, also noise came from the drain. The breakfast was not OK, very disappointing, and not worth it.We were lucky to stay in many nice hotels in the Philippines and Mahogany has a lot to improve in quality and service.

Manager Nicolas and his staff were very accomodating considering that we changed the number of guests who stayed. Food is delicious, staff were helpful and friendly, the resort clean, peaceful, and we had a good restful vacation.
