I like the staff . Happy faces always willing to help guests. Awesome crew and asset to the resort.

The room 02 had musty odor caused allergy to my companion.I suggest the Resort improve the mini pool with tiles and heater. The bedsheets did not smell fresh snd clean . The shower water not comfortably warm . Needs to upgrade the shower heater.

We had a great stay at this resort and absolutely loved the location. It’s close to plenty of restaurants, and tricycles were always easy to find nearby. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean whenever we needed it. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast quickly became a highlight of our mornings. We especially enjoyed happy hour and the fresh fruit shakes. The beachfront bar had an amazing view and a really great vibe. Big shout-out to the bar staff and restaurant team for their excellent service!

Staff were so nice and taking care of stuff.

The staff were very nice and courteous, very helpful and most especially friendly.

The telephone and television did not work. Too many mosquitoes inside the room.

The staff were great and welcoming, courteous and answered our calls right away.

The bathroom that we were assigned initially was not functioning so we had to transfer to a different one, with this issue the staff were quick to make the easy decision. I would like to mention as well that with the heavy rains that we encountered while in there, the staff should not put guests near the shore area so that they don't have to transfer my family members from room 17 to a room near the pool. This is merely a suggestion.

Path to beach room could have been better for drainage during heavy rain. Laundry service could have been better

Beautiful place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any problems that came up they resolved them quickly. They booked all al our island hopping tours and made it easy.

Breakfast had good choices via menu and not buffet, which was good. The room was spacious and clean. Resort is beach front and they had a nice pool and swing overlooking the ocean.

The only thing was about the restroom which had a foul odor coming up from the sink drain. Also, the shampoo/soap holder needs to be checked and secured to the wall. Ours fell off and I simply laid it on the shower floor. It stayed that way throughout our stay. These are things that should be noted and checked every time the rooms are cleaned. Shouldn't have to be brought to their attention since it was obvious. Another thing I think that would be a plus is to hang a key hook along the wall near the door. Just an added convenience for the guest.

The grounds were beautiful and supported the tropical environment. The location was great, being so close to the beach and easily accessible to the road.

It would have been nice to have beach chairs available for the day time. Our room was great in terms of size for a family of 4. The beds were a bit hard for our liking, and there were no hooks to hang towels or wet swim suits.

The layout of the bathroom, one is just a shower and the other is just the toilet.

The room and staff were amazing. The restaurant and food was fantastic. I loved having a water spigot at the cabin and also loved the coconut water at checkin.

The kids (4) had the apartment and was spacious Pool was great and the breakfast wonderful

The beach was a joke , dirty , seaweed from weeks or whatever .. not useable,

Staff service was excellent esp at the desk : she helped us get to have our island hopping possible; it could’ve been better if we were aware that we only had one time schedule time for the group trip for the next day so that we won’t miss it ; I had to pay private hopping which wasn’t bad but a lil pricey

Need More food choice& the dipping pool was so little

The froendly staff and the food/chef/staff at the resto are exceptional.

the mini pool outside of each villa is quite dirty. And , poor Globe conmection. It is difficult to send loval text messages if you are a Globe subscriber, uou habe to get out of the facility to get conmection. Thisnone is the only hassle. The rest of our experience is awesome. The resort is a mini Paradise.

It’s beautiful, close to the beach, cosy rooms, staff are very friend and accommodating, everyone always says hello or good morning, really amazing vibe, I will be coming back for sure and telling all my friends about this place

Absolutely nothing

Sunset viewing from the beachside bar was amazing. The breakfasts were good and fresh. You order from the menu and they accommodated food allergies and sensitivities. Was able to book transportation from and to Puerto Princesa airport, a massage and a day-long island tour through the hotel which made it easy. I liked that the two bedroom suite apartment had a kitchen. Good water pressure. The bed was comfortable.

Although we were gone most of the day on an island hopping tour, on the first full day of our three night stay, the hotel ran out of water so we were not able to shower or flush the toilet for half a day. Due to drought they have to truck in water. Perhaps since it was the Tuesday after Easter, deliveries were delayed. The hotel should have notified that a shared van is going to pick up additional passengers at different locations besides the airport which would add roughly an extra hour to the trip.

The location on the beach and close to town

The dogs barking all night. The beach front villa was attached to a pizza place and it was noisy at times.

Location is great. Erika, Ro and Roy were terrific.

Infinity pool is too small.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Food was good. Location is good - close enough to other facilities of interest to tourists. Would go back there again someday.

Some confusion about the number of people occupying facilities which ended up with more expense in lodging.
