Location and the staff are friendly. And they have fan that’s powered by solar so just Incase of power outage.

The water pressure of the shower is not good if you’re on 2nd floor. We extended another night and I got the delux suite. (1st floor) the water pressure is better.

The location right on the sand was absolutely perfect, and the room itself was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. There were some fantastic restaurants just a short walk away.

While the location is great, I was quite bothered by a persistent and unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The beach experience was also less than ideal, as we were constantly approached by vendors selling various items. It was difficult to find a moment of peace and quiet to truly relax and enjoy the view.

It was right on the beach, but you can't swim if the tide is out unfortunately. The whole venue looks beautiful. They left a towel with swans on the bed one of the days they came in to clean which was a lovely touch.

The door wouldn't close properly so we got a lot of mosquitos in the room, the power would go out quiet regularly (of course this is out of the control of the owner but just bring a power bank if you're planning to stay here) , we got very sick while we were staying here so as a precaution I would not drink the water in the filtered tank too

Location was great and enjoyed the views. It was next to a coffee shop, shops, massage place and a couple restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Earl and Henry who went above and beyond during our stay! Please note that El Nido is not a fully developed island, so lack on Wi-Fi strength, water pressure, etc. is common for an island like this. This is our second stay at this place. We stayed in the Sunset room which had a patio and was nice for hanging out and Sunsets. The restaurant and coffee shop next door which worked out well for my family member who had mobility issues. Aircon worked well and there was a dog and some kittens around that were no bother for us at all!

Breakfast was complimentary for us the first day, to make up for the late airport shuttle transfer upon arrival. Selection pretty decent.Location is perfect - walking distance to town, to the restaurants/stores/tour offices/public transportation.

For the price of the VIP suite, breakfast should be complimentary for the entire stay. When I booked it, I didn't realize it was a two level suite, which was not indicated on the description. It was a bit difficult going up and down with my knee injury. Requested for a room change but the whole hotel was completely booked. For a VIP suite, the toilet was not working and had to call for repair twice. The room was not made after the first day; had to call for service once again. Every suite/room should be checked and operating before any guests would be checked in.

Location, design of the rooms, it is very central but also very quite.

The water, shower gel and inconsistent staff who have said that they will install a hammock outside our room. Overpromise and yet not able to deliver.

Location is away from the busy town, so it is a quiet location if you want to be able to sleep comfortably at night. When going on a tour, location is near hotel at beach front.

No hot water on shower. Thin blanket on bed, sometimes it gets too cold at night. Breakfast menu is a la carte and is the same everyday, but serves different kinds of omelette which is always a good choice. No kettle and fridge inside room, when you can get the same room rate in a 4star hotel with complete room facility.

Booked a VIP. But they gave us a backpacker room to shower bec. No shower or bath in a VIP room. Never trust this hotel ever again

I like the location as it is very close to the beach and is located in a quiet location but very convenient goint to the town. Staff is 10/10 all very helpful and approachable.

It was such unpleasant as there is no wifi service so we cannot use the TV , there wasnt any service altogether-data and network, we need to go to the reception to connect to their wifi which is very slow or go to the beach to get mobile internet and network. It was very hard to stay connected esp when waiting for important calls/ messages.

It was on the beach, the garden at the back was a good place to relax, the eco concept was nicely communicated, the room had good tropical vibes.

The WiFi was really bad. Our room was on the first floor facing the restaurants across which can feel very intrusive. Also there was a lot of noise from the floor above where it seems that they were moving furniture.

Placed in the perfect little street. With in one or two minutes we had many restaurants with delicious meals, massage institute, pharmacy, medical Centre, tour booking, boat excursions.

Internet connection was bad. Staff tried to fix it but it was probably som issue with the net provider. But our Smart SIM card worked fine in the room.

no wifi and network signal wasn't so good in this area. other than that, everything else was great.

The only thing remarkable about the place was the staff. They were friendly and understandable. The manager did not do much though when we found rats and cockroach inside the room.

It was overpriced and the TV never worked and the WiFi either. The worst was finding inside the room everyday rats going through our stuff and cockroachs in our shower. We could not shower to go to our island hoping everyday. You can see it in the pictures. When you tell the staff of the hotel they can only say I’m sorry. It was our honeymoon and paying 90€ per night we thought that we could find something clean and safe. It was not the case. Booking was not very helpful either when we tried to get a refund from them due to all the problems we had. A shame that hotels like this are promoted and tented by booking. And after our complaint is still there. Too bad.

The bed was comfy and it was well located.

Shower didn't have any hot water, the wifi didn't work, there were power cuts all the time and there was a strong smell in the room of stagnant water.

The room was clean but the aircon doesnt work make super noisy , the bed was super un confortable the WC doesnt work at all ' the Air in the room was horrible
