    Pros +

    • All Inclusive is the best way to go on vacation!
    • The properties attention to detail. The staff was all courteous, professional and hospitable, they went above and beyond. We felt so pampered from the moment we stepped out of the plane to when we get back to the plane. Our stay was well orchestrated . It really exceeded my expectations,
    • Pros:- The best thing is diving center with Jimbo as the dive master. My husband was the only one who was diving so we had private dives with Jimbo two days in the row. Jimbo is the best asset that this resort has and if you want to dive in Philippines, make sure to do it here with Jimbo. He made this experience the best that it would be. He was carrying and always smiling, super positive person that was the best underwater guide that you could imagine. Thank you once again for making this stay so special to us. - beautiful location with amazing views- you can do all the activities before the places got crowded which is a great experience

    Cons -

    • Nothing. Everything was beyond perfect.
    • Cons:- The biggest issue that we have is the food. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was quite annoying. For all 3 meals there is a buffet which would be great but since the hotel is small, the buffet is also rather tiny. And the thing that was the worst is that the food was almost the same all the time. If you are staying more than 4 days, I can't even imagine. And it was sad that there was not that many local dishes. There was sushi and pasta every single day but if was hard to try something from the local cuisine. I think it should be changed in order to make this experience full. - because of the flows that water level was changing constantly and as the result there was no beach at all. It's still beautiful place but you have to be aware about it. The water in the sea was quite dirty and once we even saw the jelly fish. So we decided to use the pool only. - the price is extremely high if you are going to compare it to other places.
    • We recommend a water or beach side villa for peace and quiet.

Miniloc Resort was a paradise and an exceptional destination. Staffs were very courteous, kind and friendly and also knowledgeable about the place. Shout out to our island tour guide Jonathan “Tan” and Ernie for making our experience safe and memorable.

There is nothing to like about Miniloc Resort.

During our stay, we joined a bunch of free activities. The stunning views and unforgettable memories made this trip super special. The friendly tour guide and great service made our experience even better, making the trip even more enjoyable.note:In there they can't break large bills. It's better to have smaller bills and coins ready.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and we loved our bed! There's snorkeling steps away from the rooms and the pool view can't be beat. I loved waking up early and watching the sunrise from different areas of the property.

El Nido changed it's policies regarding excursions recently. Things that were complimentary before became up charged, so many family members were disappointed about this. We did not receive the info for services until a couple weeks before our trip so it felt a little tricky. My sister was sent the older attachment so she was shocked at the resort itself. The prices for massages were changed AFTER signing the bill. The original charge was lower on my massage. I had double checked prices with the front desk spa menu so it felt strange to see the price upped.

Although the AirSwift plane was 1 hour late arriving at 4:30 pm, the transfer was still taken care of by Ruel. It felt like a James Bond movie: from the plane into the van driving onto the jetty directly to the speed boat that took us to the island in only 20 min … just in time before night fall, which is when the coast guard wouldn’t allow any boat ride anymore. The full board catering was fantastic, both in terms of Filipino and Western food. The waiters and cooks were fabulous living up to the wonderful Filipino philosophy of bayanihan … doing everything to make you happy, not because they’re staff, but because one genuinely feels that they are happy if the guest is happy. There was not one angry soul in this place!! As a lover of Filipino food, I didn’t need to request the food I like … they read it in my eyes (pinakbet, kamote cue etc). The following stood out in particular: Vergel, Ricky, Chai, Jess, Alfonso, Fhee, John, Vern.As to the complimentary activities: We were overwhelmed with what was already included in the package. Two guides stood out: Reylan and Marlon bent over backwards for me to get the best snorkeling experience and gently took care of my Asawa, Edna, who - thanks to them - is no longer afraid of the water and the ocean. In summary: job well done from the cleaners to the waiters/cooks to the tour guides to the receptionists (Kath & Kath and Jess) and lastly the wonderful manager Francis.

Loved the food options, they really tried to provide options for the vegetarians and those with gluten allergies in our large group of 17. They also saved a table for 17 throughout our entire stay so we could sit together, and came out to sing happy birthday for my son's 12th birthday dinner! The gym was excellent but didn't have too much space for more than one person to do yoga. The travel guides Gee & Mario were excellent and highly recommended for all your kayaking and aquatic adventures! I also highly recommend Rezzie for strong massages!

The game room was a little small - only had one mahjong table, would be nice to have another table for cars or board games. My bathroom smelled but they attempted to rectify the problem by providing an air freshener.

Beautiful hotel and location. Free tours available to the small and big lagoons, which due to the proximity arrive before all the remaining tourists arrive, giving a real private experience. Excellent food and facilities. Overall great and friendly staff. We arrived at 09:00 and were allowed to check in to a room straight away (even though ours wasn’t ready yet, we were given another one until ours was ready)

Communication before check in (through booking’s chat) was not the best, which made us book a transfer which wasn’t necessary

The location could not be more beautiful, you don't even need to be in the water to see all the amazing coral and fish, you can see right from the dock in front of the resort. The staff are so friendly and helpful and even created a daily itinerary for us before we arrived so everything was planned perfectly. Having every meal included was also so convenient and the food was good. Just show up and they take care of everything!

You can tell some of the facilities are a little dated but overall still a beautiful property.

We ABSOLUTELY loved this place! Even tried to change our flights so we could stay longer!!! Staff were soooo good!!! The warmest people! The snorkelling just off the pier was out of this world! I swam with a turtle!!!!!!!!!Worth getting up for the 6am kayak to the big lagoon!

Nothing! They have thought of everything!

It's the ultimate island vacation one could ever hope for. I liked how we didn't have to worry about anything once we stepped off the airplane in El Nido. I also liked how they made it all-inclusive with the booking—meals, transport arrangements, and island activities. This will definitely not be our last!

    10AnastasiiaPosted on: 5-25-2024

Honestly, one of the best experiences I ever had. Great place for snorkelling, beautiful corals and sea life. Staff were just amazing, nothing to complain. We felt welcome and taken care of constantly. Even more expensive hotels in Maldives cannot compare in hospitality. Even though I got stung by a wasp on my last day, the doctor was very professional, spoke perfect English and took care of me. 10/10 would recommend and definitely come back

Amazing location, and incredible staff made this a wonderful place to stay! The activities offered make each day an adventure. We travelled with our 6 year old and it was a great place to stay with kids, with games and activities for them to do, plus the staff were excellent with her. Highly recommend!

    Nothing very hard to fault!

Paradise found, book today. We stayed at El Nido Miniloc Resort during Christmas 2023 for 4 nights. What an amazing memory. We truly LOVED our trip. We are a family of four: mom, dad and two teenage girls (17 & 15). We were picked up at the El Nido airport by the hotel team in a luxury van. They handled all of our luggages and delivered them to our room flawlessly. After a short ride to the pier and getting refreshing drinks and snacks at the lounge, you get on a boat for a 45-minute boat ride with incredible views of so many beautiful islands. The resort itself is DATED and is in need of a complete remodel but what makes this into a paradise is the ENTIRE STAFF, the location itself and the all the attractions around the islands. We did ALL the excursions including kayaking at the Big Lagoon at sunrise, small lagoon, snorkeling, and a full private day boat excursion to see pristine untouched beaches with an incredible lunch, made just for our family.Amongst ALL of the staff (and I really mean ALL were wonderful), the one who truly made our holiday from great to OUTSTANDING was Mr. Benji. WOW! This guy is all about taking care of his guests. We requested BENJI since the day he picked us at the airport. He took us to the sunrise tours, snorkeling, remote place, full day excursion with lunch at a secluded beach and he showed us so many things that we could have never seen just by ourselves, and he knew all the amazing locations for taking that special photo. He also takes care of everyone to make sure they are safe whether snorkeling/swimming or walking on rocks. He even paid the coconut guys at the beach since I forgot my money at the room (of course we reimbursed him later). He is actually quite an amazing photographer, and he took so many photos of our family that deserves a photographic award. We requested him to take us back to the airport and he changed his schedule so he could be with our family. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BENJI.

Resort is dated and needs a remodel.
