Great location for tours and dining. Directly on the beach with great view.

The rooms are very small, it was hard to find a place to open our luggage. Not much to do here except for tours, the sea water is shallow, murky and full of rocks. Pretty much unswimmable.

Near the beach with great view. Located in the city center of El Nido. Close to everything - shops, restaurants etc. Okay room and facilities - value for the money.

Bad WiFi in the room.

Location is great

The shower curtain can be longer to keep the water in the shower. I wish there are more rugs for use in the bathroom to keep the floor dry.

Sea view

Booked for 2 days . WiFi not working in our room. You have to go to the lobby to have WiFi connection and it's warm in the lobby. In order for you to go swimming you have to ride in a tryke to the beach.

Breakfast was not included. The location was wonderful!! Ocean front- listening to the waves and watching people getting in and out if boats.

The stairs - we were on the 3rd with steep stairs to climb.

The location is perfect. If you book with the ocean view, you will enjoy your stay even more. The front desk gentleman in the morning, was very kind and accommodating. He is knowledgeable and always willing to help! You all would love him. The rest of the staff is also amazing. They are also friendly and always willing to help.

Easy access to everything. We stayed in one of their front beach room and the view was amazing! The staff were all very accommodating too. Also the best coffee shop in town is right next door, Hama Coffee (El Nido).

The place needs to be renovated. Cr smells but clean nees better appliances and the door locked needs to be changed.

The location is central and the breakfast cafe has good food and amazing croissants!

The view is breathtaking, the room was clean and the staff are very kind and friendly.

The shower water ran slowly.

What I really like the most is the prime location! It’s close to all restaurant and bar in town square! We really enjoyed our time here. The only thing needs improvement was the AC wasn’t cooling enough. But management really went above and beyond and reassigned us to different unit at no cost! The front and cafe staff are AMAZING! We felt very special and always available whenever we need anything!

Rosanna Pension Management - Honestly everything was good until we encountered this guy who apparently the supervisor in evening! He is RUDE AND THINKS HE ABOVE THAN EVERYONE! He needs to learn how to provide a good customer service! It’s SAD how he is supervisor doesn’t know how to treat customer with respect! Other than that the REST of the staff are incredibly amazing and we loved them felt they are part of our family!

Room was perfect - small and cozy but a beautiful view and amazing location. Staff was very friendly and helpful (when having wifi issues and after the power went out due to some storms) - they also helped me book a tuktuk to the airport and were always kind and communicative. 10/10 would stay here again.

I stayed in the last room (12) at the end of the hall and the wifi had a hard time reaching my room. If I needed wifi for work, I would not have been able to use it. Highly recommend they upgrade the wifi or get a mesh network that will allow all rooms full access to the wifi with no connectivity issues.

If you’re thinking of staying here, definitely upgrade to the sea view room, it’s so worth it. Waking up to the changing moods of the beach and dramatic limestone cliffs right in front of your window feels like something out of a dream. ?☀️?The location is perfect, right in the heart of El Nido town and just steps away from everything, including Hama and Hama Coffee (literally next door, which was super convenient). The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Simple but cozy, and honestly, you’re here for that view. Don’t skip it! Rosanna’s sea view is pure El Nido magic.

It was in a good location.

The rooms were tiny. The bathroom had no vent fan and only had a window to the hallway. No free breakfast with the room and the restaurant only served breakfast food but did not open until 7. The gate to access the beach directly closes really early (like 8pm).

Our family of eight considers this hotel one of the best in El Nido—from the breathtaking views and exceptionally accommodating staff to the comfortable accommodations. Its proximity to the town is convenient, and the beach is swimmable and remarkably pleasant.

Aircon in the family room is not working that well. Seems old, not cold enough.
