Amazing customer service and value for the money. Perfect location, 10ft from the beach. Included amenities were breakfast on the beach, scooter/kayak use, laundry and free water:). Cherry the day manager was 24/7 available and accommodated all our needs.

Amazing place, amazing staff, great experience that includes much more than just a room. Excellent breakfast straight to the room, the lovely staff takes care of everything- motorbike, shuttles, kayaks, and everything we wanted throughout our stay. Excellent bar with great cocktails!

The photos advertising property were misleading. The property looked much more spacious. This was a learning experience for me and I will research future stays at properties more intensively.

We had an amazing stay, a breathtaking view from our villa and only a short walk from shops and restaurants. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel very welcome, with great recommendations for day trips, activities and restaurants. Communication was easy and efficient, the private buggy shuttle was super convenient. Special thanks to the front office ladies, you went above and beyond!

Great room - clean, organized and functional, with an incredible view (arguably one of the best in town). Super good location - 5 min walking to town center (lots of restaurants/stores options), while maintaining a very quite and close to nature vibe. Best for less, the staff - AMAZING, super helpful and increasingly friendly… everything is well thought and organized so you can focus solely on enjoying your vacation.

Not at all an issue for us, but make sure you check your room location as some rooms require moving up several steps of stairs … which is very CLEARLY listed in their website (no surprises). Again, no issue for us at all, but some might find it inconvenient (personal preferences and physical abilities)

Absolutely fantastic infrastructure, cleanliness, comfort, food and especially the staff.We had a motorbike injury unrelated to our stay at the villa, the staff went through it with us and was extremely considerate and helpful.

Oceanfront views and our own pool. The staff took us wherever we wanted to go via buggy and were so friendly. An unforgettable experience!

The hotel with the best service we’ve ever experienced! You truly get the full package from the staff — everyone is so kind, caring, and attentive. We stayed for 6 nights and honestly wish we had stayed longer!Cherry and Allyn were absolutely amazing, I fell in love with them!On top of that, the villa we stayed in was beautiful, always spotless, and so comfortable.I couldn’t recommend this hotel more truly an incredible stay!

Our stay was great! The staff was awesome. The food was delicious and they were very attentive to detail. We were there during the first rain of the season in July so we didn't get the full accommodationso with the beach access but it was still beautiful. The windows were leaking a bit but probably since the rain was so heavy and there was so much. We would definitely come back and have already recommended it to our friends!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and facilities looked exactly as they did in the photos posted on the website. We met with the owner, Carlos, who was very accommodating. Talk about personalized service! All the staff members we encountered were outstanding. Great, included breakfast. Numerous included amenities: shuttle service to and from the airport, motorcycle use, etc. The concierge handled our room service orders from outside restaurants and arranged in-room massages for us. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed in the Sunset room which has its own small pool and a gorgeous view of the street, the beach front and the ocean. We had a projector connected to an Apple TV in our room. This is the most modern, and easily the fanciest hotel we saw in this part of El Nido. There were many included services such as free unlimited breakfast at the location of your choosing (beach, bar, or in your room) with espresso drinks from the bar, free scooters, free rides in their buggy jeep, free kayak rentals, and they had drones for rent too. Their Filipino Traditional breakfast tasted amazing and we chose to have breakfast on the beach every morning. They provided unlimited water bottles as well. There were a handful of delicious restaurants around in walking distance. It seemed like it was mostly couples who were staying at our hotel, leaning slightly older than the rest of the town which seemed like all back-packers. Their manager Carlos was so friendly and helpful and offered to arrange anything we needed like island hopping tours, etc. The rest of the staff were very accommodating too.

The sunset room was pretty but since it's the very front of the hotel, there were noises from scooters passing by all night. I asked the hotel for ear plugs and they provided plenty. My husband didn't need them so it may not be an issue for everyone. Also to note, the beach in front of the hotel is not for snorkeling or swimming. However the hotel can give rides or you can take their scooter to a swimmable beach nearby.

Location, beach, view, privacy, friendly staff that cares…

When we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and a shell lei. Felt very tropical and we were on holidays. Loved all the little extras- the motor scooter was included, the ATV took us to tours and picked us up. They included our laundry to be done as extra pickle and was included in the price and after being on 3 weeks holiday we needed our clothes cleaned. It was so nice it all got taken care of and was returned to us folded and clean in 24 hours. They had so many perks in the room like Apple Watch and phone charges, mini bar was included in price, even insect repellant and electric bug catcher. The view at the resort was so amazing especially at sunset and we loved sitting on the swings with a cocktail. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing everything was fantastic!

The room was amazing with the view and all the amenities that were included. The staff (every single one of them) were incredible. Super nice and always ready to help. It was an amazing experience. MAD FROG their tour/expedition company were also super nice and I would totally recommend to book some tours with them.

Villa is very secluded with beautiful views overlooking the beach. The villa includes free use of motorbikes. They dropped me off in town and retrieved me at no charge. The villa is beachfront with umbrellas and tables on the beach. All of the staff was friendly, respectful and extremely helpful. The design of the small complex (I believe only 7 units) was done to minimize the disturbance to the environment, leaving many large trees and giving the feel of being in nature.

I was in Villa 7, the topmost villa. Access required climbing 4 flights of steep outside stairs. It was a challenge for me at the age of 66.

Morgan villas is perfectly located, about a 10 min walk from the centre of town along the beach, but just around the headland so you feel away from the dirt, hustle and bustle. The beach outside the hotel is beautiful and there are beanbags in the shade where you can relax and take in the view. The staff were simply unbelievable in their hospitality and warmth, and the room was incredibly clean, cool and with a big comfortable bed.
