Very clean, organized, appealing to the eye, calm, and the staff service was excellent. Despite being being a small hotel it has all needed offered. Staff knew us by our name from dat 1 and gave us a warm welcome every time.

It felt personal, heartfelt, and rare. the kind of hospitality you don’t forget.If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay in El Nido with incredible views and the most welcoming people, this is it. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and a strong desire to come back.Highly recommend!

This is a very private hotel where there are 8 huts altogether. It’s perfect for couples who want a getaway from the main town and from all the busyness of the tourists. The hotel is beach front so you have the best views from morning until sunset. Their breakfast is very filling and freshly cooked upon order. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so accommodating, welcoming, and warm. I felt automatically comfortable upon my arrival. If I were to say my favorite part about this hotel, it’s the employees who work and keep up this property. They’re very, very kind. I highly suggest staying there even longer than a few days to fully enjoy the amenities, food and the beautiful room itself.

The most incredible stay - close enough to town but great to not be in the madness of town. The place is so beautifully put together and as it looks. There are only 8 rooms which make it super intimate & quiet and the staff are beyond helpful and lovely. Amazing Spanish food on the menu and a real treat - our favourite stay while in Philippines. Rooms felt luxe with beautiful bathrooms and well appointed. Breakfast each morning on the upper restauaeant area was peaceful and gourmet with much more than your standard continental offering. Yummy coffee and fresh juices. Beautiful outlook over the water and also a more buzzy offering downstairs at the beach club. Also very quiet in the rooms which we loved.

The fantastic staff they have, always smiling and trying their best to make your stay comfortable. The place is wonderful with an amazing sunset view.

Nothing, out stay was great.

We stayed here in the recent typhoon, Nov 2025. The hotel staff (and whole organisation) were very well prepared and tried their very best to keep it business as usual. The staff here are excellent and pretty much cater to every possible need of the guests in house (and visitors to the Beach Club). The accommodation is very well maintained, clean tidy and comfortable. The food and service was exceptional in the beach club bar along with their companion Panorama Villas up the road (Chica Chica). Unfortunately didn't get to see the renowned sunsets this place is known for due to the weather, but that should just confirm that this place has many other positives.

There wasn't much I didn't like to be honest, a few minor improvement suggestions for the rooms but nothing worth mentioning here.

Breakkie was superb, and all the facilities, rooms are incredible but what want us to stay forever was the attention of the staff they were lovely! Super thanks to Angel and Aries they made our stay out of this world!

The accomodating and friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, great food at chabacano restaurant, happy hour at the bat, perfect sunset… awesome experience overall. We will definitely back! Thank you Panorama team! - Andy & Belle

Reading lights in the room would be nice.

It is secluded but you do not feel isolated. Only 8 huts/guest rooms makes it private. The breakfast is a la carte and with a Spanish take - really tasty and exceptional. Menu for lunch/dinner is varied and tasty. Great drinks. Staff is kind, warm and ready to make your stay special. Sunsets are breathtaking from upstairs restaurant or downstair bar which has a small infinity pool you can dip in and have a drink in. Panorama is a short 10 min ride on tricycle (local tuk tuk) if you want to explore town of El Nido. An island hopping day trip is a must.

Nice location on the beach. Great atmosphere with the DJ and outside bar / pool. The staff were particularly excellent. Very friendly and hard working!

The shower pressure could have been a bit better and the wifi disconnected a few times during our stay

The direct view of the beach, the staff friendliness, how easygoing yet professional everyone is, hands on reliable. The unique comfortable huts directly at the pool. Really felt like paradise.

The staff are amazing and they really take best care to the guests.

We don’t have internet connection for the whole stay except in the restaurant area. No internet connection in the room.We’re not able to use the pool because it looks dirty and not well maintained during our stay. It looks well cleaned only when we’re on our way to check out. The water provided for brushing smells chlorine as well, glad we brought our own.

They are very considerate and warm toward us, Kudos to Aires and Genalyn they let us stay for another few hours until we got settled.

I could not recommend this hotel more, it’s a true oasis in the middle of El Nido. The rooms were immaculate, the staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered, they made our Philippines experience one we will remember forever. We even got a complimentary romantic dinner on our second to last night. I would stay here a million times over. Beautiful!

It’s so cute and the staff were all very helpful and kind. The food and drinks were also really good. We loved watching the sunset at the lounge/bar area.

Amazing & friendly staff, location is prime - short tricycle distance to El Nido town, great & cohesive hotel design throughout & rooms are minimalist and really nice, sunset was gorgeous from the beach club.

Air conditioning and wifi. The staff tried to make us happy and missed the point.

This was a really disappointing part of our honeymoon. We invested money to make sure we stayed in decent places and this was not one of them even though it was priced this way.:A lot of Bugs. Big spider webs, mosquitos.Walls are peeling. Robes are ruggyThe mat near the bed was very dirty with stains.Fan is noisy and unstableThe net is broken in the batroom with dry tree branches breaking the net which is the only thing separating you from the outside. Letting lizards and bugs in..The entrance is difficult and is located near a half deserted propety. Rooster waking you up at 5am. Overpriced for what we get, especially for our honeymoon.Bathroom was dirty.Staff wasn't always available - they had an office party while we needed the front desk to settle the bill.Trash can was full by other's people garbageYou have to open the sink so the water will be drained. Mini bar had hair in it.Bad smell Like sewage in the bathroom coming and going. When we wanted to switch hotels and get a partial refund they flat out refused and said all will be addressed and the only thing they did was use our room towels to make swans and didn't even leave us clean towels to shower. They offered free food as we were just about to leave for dinner in another place which we made reservations for.Again, a big disappointment, this hotel should cost about a third of what it does to make this fair. It doesn't compare well to any other hotel in the Philippines with similar price points and we were at 5 hotels during our stay. Really hope they either lower the prices or overhall the way they maintain their property and the level of setvice.

Gorgeous location away from hustle El nido Town center. Very quiet in general with rustic greenery all around.

The rooms style and quality workmanship was better than the pictures showed. But the best part about the property is the people who work there. I didn’t meet the owners personally to give you an idea of how they treat the staff.They had tattoo artist, giving all of the staff tattoos if they desired at no cost to them. The staff was friendly and warm and helpful. This created en environment of peaceful tranquility. But the vibe with the music, excellent drinks and food made this a fun place to watch the sunset and rise and shine for breakfast.The staff offered my husband, the opportunity to get a tattoo too. The tattoo artist is one of the best. Check out the picture of him doing the tattoo for my husband.I would definitely come back and stay at this beautiful property.
