Location of the property.

The location is near the beach and easily to access to the downtown area.

There was a black out on our first night and the hotel didn’t use the generator to produce the electricity which brought the inconvenient and uncomfortable night. For the second night, it was fine with the air-conditioned room all night.Food at restaurant is pricey and the taste can be improved.

Excellent location right on the beach with soft sand and a very good restaurant! The room was comfortable with a great bathroom and shower - and 3 twin beds for our 3-adult family.

The property was great! The beach was a bit crowded and had jet skis - but thankfully this property and stretch of beach was blocked off from them.

Good location on beautiful beach, the part where the venue is situated has a long stretch of max knee deep water and the clean beach has good views towards the end point. Warm and calm waters. I reckon one of the more quiet beaches. If you want more secluded and noise free you probably shouldnt go to Samui. Exit your room and walk immediately from the premises onto the beach.The deluxe family 2 room appartment was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children of 2 and 4. The garden with waters were well kept and therefore the space around the rooms felt very private.Good value/price ration.

Like on several places on the island/in Thailand there were sometimes some smelly fumes.

The breakfast menu has cut out some choices. There was more of a selection when we stayed here 2 years ago.

We stayed in the triple room for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable.The staff were helpful and friendly.The pool and restaurant location were beautiful.

There was no view.The room was tired and in need of a deep clean and painting.The outside space was not private as it was a walkway to other rooms.The shower was never warm.

We moved to this twin room from the triple room. It was so much better than the triple.It was cleaner and more modern with private outside space and lovely seating area.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s location was perfect—convenient and central, yet still felt authentic and full of local charm. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The pool was clean and overlooked the beach

Beautiful, quiet, small property on the absolutely gorgeous beach. Very comfortable, immaculate rooms, super friendly staff, excellent restaurant overlooking the beach. Lots of beach lounge chairs; umbrellas ( and palm trees!) offer shade. The sea is turquoise and gentle- you’ll never want to leave!

The room was very nice, very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right by the beach, which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Felt the spring of the bed. the bathroom was kind of dirty.

We arrived two hours before check in and that wasn’t a problem, we were able to leave our bags and enjoy the pool. We stayed in a family room with two double beds next to each other. Basic but clean and everything you need. Great pool area. Great location!

Not many sun beds

Good air con, comfy bed. The grounds of the hotel are nice as it is right on the beach.

The staff weren’t particularly friendly. The restaurant could be improved. The loungers by the pool looked so grubby we didn’t sit by the pool once. It didn’t feel that cared for despite being more expensive than properties like it.

Beautiful garden area, lovely pool with ocean view. Fantastic location on the beach near to restaurants and massages. Breakfast was great, fantastic omelette, fresh fruit, good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Big, clean, comfortable, and spacious room with private outside space.

Toast bread could be better, toilet broke a couple of times and needed fixing. Could be another communal toilet as there's only one around the pool/ bar area.

They had loud music playing all day which was extremely loud and didn't give us a chance to "relax" at the pool

The location is great.

The hotel cancelled my booking the day I arrived at the hotel! The rest of my family stayed at this hotel, but after arriving from 24 hours of travel I was left to find another beach front hotel close by. All of the hotels were fully booked except the 5 star hotel next door, which I had to stay at. I am extremely disappointed with the whole situation, and the way the staff dealt with it. It cost me a significant amount more than I wanted to spend and ended up slightly ruining what was supposed to be a very special holiday. Be wary about booking this hotel through Booking.com!
