The garden is well kept and pool is pretty.

The hotel is out dated and food is less than satisfactory. Room has an old smell to it. The room key didn't work until 10pm.

Staff could have been more helpful

They upgraded us from a normal hotel room to a sea facing bungalo. The room was very nice and high quality. We really appreciated the aesthetics and overall size of the room.

The only thing we could have hoped for was more outlets close to the bedside to charge our devices.

Very welcoming staff, great location with a lot of vegetation, very nice pool with a easy to use towel system, divers breakfast menu, room very comfortable.

Unfortunately the beach was closed due to storm damage and the need for repairs. The hotel management as compensation offered complimentary dinner every night plus one free spa or the option to check in to their 5 star hotel just 500 meters away. We chose to stay and still had a wonderful time …dinner was exceptional !

It was peaceful.

I was told a broken pipe was the cause of no water in my villa for two days out of the five I was there. Also, the phone didn’t work off and on for a couple days.

The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant area that made it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room itself was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable.One of the standout features of my experience was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their promptness and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay.

While my stay at the hotel was largely enjoyable, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. One major issue was the water temperature in the shower; it was extremely cold, making for me uncomfortable bathing experience. Similarly, the pool water was also quite chilly, which was disappointing, especially on days when I wanted to relax and swim.Another point of concern was the buffet. I found the options to be quite limited, which may not suit everyone's taste or dietary preferences and its not muslim friendly.Lastly, I understand that a storm had recently affected the beach, leading to significant damage. While I recognize that this was beyond the hotel's control, it was still disappointing to see the beach in such a state, as it impacted the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciate the hotel's efforts and hope to see improvements in these areas on future visits.

A bit hilly not easily accessible for wheelchairs but the bogie does provide a good ride around the facility. Exercise equipment is limited for use but the resort is partnering with another larger complex- very accommodating with satisfaction.

It is already our thrid stay in this hotel and was again perfect. The staff was very friendly and caring. Totally recommend.

Lovely room which was spacious and a very good shower. Shhets were changed regularly. The grounds are well-established and very nicely maintained by the garden staff. A very nice pool.

There was renovation work taking place on the beach by the pool. This involved a large JCB digger which was noisy. I went to a different hotel during the day to use the pool at the beach bar. I was not warned about this disruption before arriving.

Location was fantastic as it’s not too far from chaweng Main Street and beach We were upgraded to a villa which was beautiful and spacious with a spa bath Great pool and facilities Close to Koh Samui airport

The pool villa room was great. Pretty hotel and nice staff. Lovely main pool.

The breakfast was poor. 5 varieties of bread, all stale, for the 11 days of our stay. Be better if they had 1 bread option that was fresh. Same for the crossiants etc. Streaky bacon over cooked, couldnt cut it. No grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, or hash browns. Coffee was nice, eggs were fine but besides that, disappointing choice. When you ordered food from the menu for lunch / dinner, it was tasty / very good, so odd breakfast was lacking.

Beautiful location, 5 mins from airport. Beautiful surroundings, staff were wonderful, very accommodating! Beach and pool wonderful. Food is a good standard. Shout out to Toto at the pool bar, who serviced us the best cocktails and really looked after us.

Accommodation villas pricey, basic inside although homely. Although they are cleaned daily, the decor appears tired. Needs a refresh. Mattress was hard as a board, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in every night. Child's bed, old and tired and hard. There are no drawers to unpack clothes, too lacking in storage space. The overhead shower needs descaling or replacing. Food was at a good standard but overpriced. Spa was a good standard but massively overpriced when looking in town at other places cost double.

Our bathroom smelt of sewage all day and had to keep the bathroom door constantly closed called maintenance they sprayed air freshener and walked out
