Mimosa Resort & Spa

Really cute resort in a quieter part of Koh Samui. The restaurant staff is really great and so was the food. The floating breakfast is a great addition to get. The pool villa with the pool was a life saver. It also has a really cute pool area and a place to sit and watch the ocean!

I wasn't really sure how to lock the Villa and that wasn't shown to me so kinda felt exposed. Upon arrival some of the staff at check in seemed really dismissive but things did get better on the other day. But my pool fountain did get turned off and I kept asking for them to switch it on and it was never done. But these were just minor things.

The property is right on the beach. We were able to have breakfast each morning watching the surf. The breakfast and hotel staff were wonderful.

We were there during rainy season and so it was not as beautiful as we hoped. We were only able to enjoy swimming on the beach the very first day of our stay. In addition, we needed to drive into town each morning and traffic was terrible.

WiFi in the room was weak and I would lose the signal often and have to reconnect.

The tiny house with plunge pool was very charming. I loved it.

-In a twin bed configuration, mattress width could be much larger. (Aim for 110cm) and remove the weird cube wooden box lights)-Replace hairdryer by a mordern one-Fitness room has no mirror which is weird and please throw away the multi function machine, the old one. It is broken and could be dangerous.

We LOVED our stay here! The hotel is perfect and feels very private, the room was beautiful, super clean and proper and the stuff is SO nice and kind! The breakfast is veeeeery good, they make eggs in the moment, the fruit is fresh and you get many options, plus you have breakfast looking at the ocean! We also tried the gym and loved it! The location is also very good, close to restaurants (Lou Lous is SO good and romantic), close to a 7/11 and to a beach cafe.We will absolutely come back!!

Location for transportation and having to cross a road to reach the breakfast room and swimming pool and beach.Resort is getting outdated and needs a lick of paint and upgrading

We stayed in a private pool villa which was amazing for the price. The location of the main pool right on the beach along with the staff who went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay meant we loved this hotel.We hired a car for our stay which meant the location was great as near to bars, restaurants and shops.We would absolutely stay here again as had concerns after seeing previously reviews however the resort was spotless and compared to other resorts on the island great value for money.

Cozy garden, good breakfast, privacy, nice staff. Big room, also nice library and the gym.

A bit far away from everything, in a good weather walkable ok, but it was quite bad weather so it was too far to go to shops and cafes in this weather. Not sure about the beach - all our stay was stormy weather or rains, but it seemed quite small. The massage is too far away and the spa in the hotel should be booked 1 day in advance. Restaurant is good but quite expensive.

amazing super nice staff, a spacious room, nice pool and beach area, great location (served my need as i was attending the near by muay thai school, for other people may be bit remote), clean, pleasant, a proper place to rest. I loved breakfast and again - the super nice staff made the stay

restaurant's menu was kind of an overprized mix of everything, i didnt even try as the prices were high and honestly around there are so many authentic places i didnt even want to bother.. also massages prices are out of the space, considering in the town they are 4 times cheaper - not sure why management thinks it is a good idea to have such prices on food or massages if noone actually using it and restaurant and spa is always empty.

Everything was perfect as usual. The room, the breakfast, the restaurant, the location... and especially the amazing staff. Thank you for every thing! We'll come back for sure!
