Staff was rude did not do as a promise no free ride from the airport and noisy as hell till 5 oclock in the morning

Would not suggest this hotel if you were over 25

Location

The hotel issues 3 different keys when checking inChances are. You'll misplace one of them and have to pay $15 Euros for a card that cost 20 cents.

The staff really is impeccable, very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel has a good location if you want to stay in the middle of Chaweng. Good food at the restaurant and they even showed F1, which was a plus.

The only problem with this property is the other customers. It seems like it is mainly Israelis there, which have no respect for the staff, the Thai culture or other guests. This is not how i remembered Chaweng, and it is certainly not something i will come back to. Unfortunately Chaweng is just one out of several places in Thailand that have been occupied by these type of tourists.

the only thing that might bother some people is the laud music but it depends on which room you’re going to be staying in.

We had ants all over our room, the sound of the airplanes is insane, the wifi is barely working and water pressure in the shower is bad

Beach is amazing

The music te ds to be extremely loud at night, not the place if you want to relax. Since the beach and pool are open to anyone, the staff tends to not be as attentive as a normal.

The location was perfect right on the partys and next to the beach and all the nightlife very close the room was very comfortable and the stuff was very nice

If you looking for privacy or you don't looking for nightlife this is not the best place but for us it is was perfect place

great place, perfect location, nice rooms, it wasn't my first time at the ark bar and for sure not the last, i want to thank to pimi from the reception, she is so nice and a great worker, very recommended

Pool, parties, location

The second time i stayed they gave me a room that was cojoined w the next (it was locked w a bolt). I could hear everything in the next room

The noise in the rooms and the air conditioning was tooooooooo hot

The shower was bad and it felt like for everything was needed pay extra..

They should upgrade the shower heads. The shower (particularly in the first room i stayed in - i stayed twice) had zero pressure and hot water was lukewarm

Lively beach/pool party every night, maybe 200+ people

I hate mosquitos. AB2 room on 1st floor had 51 mosquitos when checking in. And if you get room cleaning then they keep patio door wide open while cleaning so more get inside.Get an AB3 or AB5 room on second/third floor to avoid mosquitos. And those rooms also have more consistent shower pressure and temperature.

We stay in room 5010 for 3 nights! Nice beach at the front and the Music at swimming pool! Every night have some show!

I don’t like the showers room! When I shower every it wet!

The worst place to sleep Party till late and you will never sleep from the noise I ask the reception 3 times to fix my shower and after i beg they finally fixHowever its nice place to party and enjoy the pool but the worst place to sleep and stay in I dont recommend at all

Very old , noisy till late night and zero sound isolation , zero privacy , the towels was very old and in use since very long time , the room wasn’t cleaned properly , check out very early at 11:00 , one of my items was lost and the management refused to check the cameras ,
