Samui Resotel Beach Resort

Beach front pool villa was amazing.Varied breakfast menu was very nice for my long stay, appreciated not having the same thing every couple of days.Very kind, helpful, and friendly staff.

Only minor thing, and don't confuse it with me calling it bad - but as good as the breakfast was the dinner came up a little short of expectations. Again, was not bad but I expected a lot after the delicious breakfast experience.

This property was very falsely advertised.

Please do not stay here as the pictures are so deceiving. We booked for 6 nights and were shocked the moment we arrived.The “reception” desk looks like a cheap motel where people rent rooms by the hour. It is outdated, dirty and the staff looks unhappy. There rooms looks like a motel by the side of the road from the 70s - terribly outdated, with chipped paint and bathroom tiles and no decor. There was barely anyone at the hotel - it was empty. The AC is very old and loud and the fridge door doesn’t close properly. We stayed for about 2 hours- long enough to find another resort in the area and get the hell out.The beach is filthy with a lot of trash in the sand and sand that hasn’t been raked ever ? No beach bar no life in this place. It gives off cheap motel vibes and rooms being rented by the hour. It was $1200 for 6 nights so not cheap either !!! Please don’t stay here.

One of the best locations and very close to everything in walking distance. We didn’t even use Grab or tuk tuk - just easy walk to the restaurants, mall, night markets. Hotel itself little bit old, but very well maintained and good kept. We stayed just step away from the beach. Area is peaceful and quiet, good to relax. Breakfast with decent amount of food options. Would definitely come back again

it was in a good location on koh samui. close to nightlife and not too far from the airport.

All amazing and clean and very welcoming staff

One of the staff came to our private room to close umbrella without permission or ask thats not good for our privacy, someone in his room can be naked for sure.

I love this property,second time visiting.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Staff helpful and friendly. I am very grateful to the staff.They celebrated my daughter ‘s birthday with a cake.They sung happy birthday to her.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Stayed here couple times.The overall quality, very friendly staff, spacious room with good facilities, quality of the breakfast: all appreciate very much.Very nice part of the beach also, good beds and umbrellas.

Always complain about the infrastructure in the street of the hotels.

Quiet area which is more peaceful but also not far from the center of Chaweng.

The lighting in the room wasn’t bright enough, i hope they will upgrade it.

Some of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaner.

Room didn't resemble the photos. Did not have a couch in the bedroom. Booked a king bedroom but only had twin available. Restaurant room service was not great. Pool was always packed and dirty looking. Wifi and power kept cutting out. Tried to charge me for a teaspoon upon check-out as if I stole it ?

amazing sea view villa with private pool was lovely. comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. easy walk to bars and restaurants. good choice of breakfast items

the area where breakfast was served only had a small inside dining space. the outside tables are very hot and quiet a lot of flies pester you. the curtains let quite a lot of light through when closed

The resort is just outside the main Chawang Beach area however close enough to get there if you want to. The staff are excellent, food of a high standard, and our room had a small pool accessible from our room overlooking the main resort pool.

Very average breakfast, the resort is dated and with what they charge you can for to a better resort.

The view from the private villa and pool was excellent staff very friendly and always helpful

Service was very slow for drinks and food, and I wasn't impressed with breakfast. Also, the wife slipped and hurt herself, and whilst slipping, she broke a cup and was charged for the damage to cup on check out

The facilities were lovely and all needs were met.Room was very clean. Food was delicious.Access to the private beach and bar.

Wonderful resort right on the beach which is unbeatable.Rooms were huge, well equipped and cleaned every day.Buffet breakfast was excellent with a large and varied selection of local and international options.The staff were very friendly and helpful.They offer a free minibus to take you to the local centre but it's only a 30min walk.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The constant jazz music in the restaurant put us off eating there except for breakfast.

Room pool and food are great, location near everything

Prices are very high , and over all I didn't liked koh samui island, over priced food and taxi.
