Wifi did not work in room. Expensive food.

The outside of the property is amazing. The nature is amazing. The staff is amazing, specially Boss that help us along our stay here.

We had a sea view garden villa. All villas are duplex and are separated by an interior door. You can hear absolutely everything the neighbors do and say. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired in our opinion. The room itself is large, only that at most I would give it maximum 3 stars. It is very outdated and needs renovation ASAP. The prices at the restaurant are very high for what they offer. I'm not saying that the food is not good, just that they charge prices that are not suitable for the quality and diversity of what is offered. The breakfast in 7 days was 90% the same. Despite this, we felt very good, the location compensates a lot with the nature and tranquility that this resort offers.The location is quite isolated from the center, about 10 minutes to the main street and about 30-40 minutes walk to Fisherman Village. Taxi costs around 8-10 USD/way to Fisherman Village, which is quite expensive for 3 km. For us this was not an obstacle because we rented a scooter for the entire stay and it was very easy to get around. But for those who do not know how to drive a scooter and who do not have a daily taxi budget it is good to know. The fact that it is isolated can be a good thing for those who want peace. Here they will find it.

Location was everything! Close to the best part in Ko Samoi fisherman village . The beach and the pool was excellent. Highly recommend the upper rooms with incretable view.

Great location right on the beach but away from any noisy bars. Lovely landscaped gardens which were beautifully maintained. We had a pool villa with a really good sized pool and a huge bathroom.

There are ants in the room, and at night more Reptiles. We call to the reception and they give us spray, this kill the ants and others just for few hours. It’s look like this happened a lot since there are some stains at the wall, like someone kill mosquitoes before on this wall.But you’re in Thailand and this kind of things is normal..

It was our honeymoon and it went beyond our dreams?. Thanks to all the staff especially Mr. Tien, Mr. Boss, Ms. Game ??.

Beach is rocky but its okay

Hotel is very old - the value of money is not good. The breakfast is poor and it is not possible to swim in the sea because of small rocks and the water is very shallow. There is no basic things provided like - hair conditioner or liquid soap for hands.

The room is so big and half of the whole bungalow is the bathroom :D. Good view from the restaurant and good breakfast.

The resort is located on a hill so you need to climb up stairs to reach any bungalows. Access to facilities like pool, restaurant and even the lobby isn’t easy if you don’t request golf cart to pickup. Service takes time. We waited for our baggages for almost an hour after checking in. Beach use is restricted by sea wall.

The staff are friendly.

-Only one restaurant-The beach is not suitable for swimming and the beds is not on the beach-There are many stairs to enter the villas, so they are not suitable for the elderly and people with disabilities.-The resort deserves 3-4 stars, not 5 stars at all.

Horrible experience, won’t ever go back

The beach umbrella was not properly fitted into the table. A tiny gush of wind came and it fell on my arm as well as leg, severely bruising me. I was rushed to the hospital and had to get a tetanus shot.

We had a sea view bungalow right next to the pool. The room was spacious great shower bath. Only downside was all the rooms are connecting so you can hear the people next door. They don’t need to be connecting rooms. But overall lovely rooms. The gardens pool so clean beach was great too. The staff are amazing always say hello with a big smile breakfast excellent loved are stay here will be back!

The villa was very spacious, with a huge bathroom. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed having breakfast with a sea view; however, it would be nice to see more variety of Thai food and vegetarian options. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, as the hotel is located a bit away from the main road. It was approximately a 15-minute walk to an area with more shops and restaurants, but we felt safe walking there even after dark.

that was my second stay at Fair House Villas. the place is extremely nice, quite and the greenery and beach around the place is just breathtaking. I booked the ocean suite and the view was unforgettable. the staff were very friendly and helpful and responsive. the beach is a bit small and narrow but you can still enjoy it. the place was taken care of very well. I would definitely recommend it in Koh Samui

Food options can be better as a breakfast options. however, it was good

Travelling as à single mother with my teenage daughter, we both loved our 10-day stay at Fair House.It felt safe, clean and welcoming.Breakfast buffet was excellent and the iced matcha tea by the pool was delicious.We would definitely like to stay here again.

We loved everything!I simply wish to point out that to get around, you would need a taxi or rent a scooter as Fair House is located in an area away from shops and restaurants. The hotel will help you renting a scooter.

Excellent facilities, the staff were exceptional and were on hand for every need. Whilst I could nominate more than two staff members for recognition Tee and Way made our stay extra special and were so kind and sweet.

Rooms (sunset view) actually not very cosy (but clean and spacious). But we didn’t spend much time there, so not a problem.
