    • Overall hotel stay and experience was perfect! We came for our anniversary, and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel staff including attention to overall guest experience was just amazing. Special thanks to Sandy, the hotel manager who made our stay unforgettable and ensured we had a wonderful stay!
    • Perfect location on the fisherman market,The staff showed us when we arrived the hotel and his facilities and during all our staying make sure we have everything we need. It was our honeymoon and each night the hotel gave us small and nice present.Recommend without a doubt.
    • The lobby and landscaping are pretty, and feel high end (the rooms, pool area and the breakfast area did not). The breakfast buffet was generous and great, although would have appreciated having breakfast with a more scenic view. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the AC was effective. The food and drinks served poolside were fresh and tasty.

    Cons -

    • Nothing everything was perfect.
    • The garden view rooms felt like a standard/ mid-range motel, not a luxury resort experience. At the price we paid, we expected luxury resort. Hotel staff would not assign us a room abutting our kids' room, despite me contacting them to request this months in advance and reiterating this request several times. Our kids were 4 doors down the hallway, luckily they were barely old enough for this to be sort of OK, because no matter how much we implored for this to be solved, the only "solution" was for us to move to a diffferent room 3 days into our stay. Access to the rooms off the bland outdoor hallway felt like a motel. The bathroom was awkward- no counter space, a single door shared between the shower and the toilet- not ideal for sharing a room with your sibling (as my kids were doing). The pool was well maintained and nice but crowded/ busy, not a relaxing resort experience. Additional pool space is needed for a resort hosting this many people. "Guilty" the expensive restaurant perched above the pool with a view of the pool and the sea, would be better utilized as an all-day lounge/ cafe than as a luxury restaurant. I would have used it every day to sit and drink an afternoon cocktail and have snacks if it was accessible and at the right price point. Instead, it was only available by reservation for full meals. The prices are too high for an everyday meal, and so it was generally not fully occupied.
    • A but simple rooms in compare to other resorts, but the outside compensates for it

We loved everything about this hotel. From the pick-up at the airport (yes at extra charge but not bad at 850 baht), to check-in, to showing us the beautiful property,… everything was perfect. You’re really getting an international 5-star experience at a very reasonable price. Some highlights to call out:- amazing international breakfast with everything from fresh juices to great bread, egg-station & Asian food - the location is unbeatable if you want a calm/ beautiful hotel with a quieter beach experience at a mostly private beach but 5 mins walk from the very pretty fisherman’s village. Fisherman’s village gave me Croatian summer town vibes so would highly recommend this if you’re looking for easy access to restaurants/ shops/ bars/ massage places without crazy clubs etc - the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Our safe was broken and they were there to fix it within 20 mins and then apologized with a food platter the next day for the inconvenience. And on the day we arrived we entered our room to a beautiful happy anniversary set up with towel-swans, food etc. it was amazing! - overall beautiful hotel & great amenities: the spa area is just so relaxing & beautiful I couldn’t stop taking pictures; the gym is small but new with new equipment and has everything for a whole body workout, the pool is awesome and the beach has enough chairs/ loungers for all guests. You can also rent kayaks and SUPs for free.

These are all minor but things to be aware of:- the rooms (at least ours) did not have a lot of closet & counter space. My husband and I weren’t able to both fit our toiletry bags in the bathroom and there was only enough closet space/ drawers for one of us. - the additional activities (all sports activities outside of the 9am free class) and the SPA services were quite expensive; however, I did take one of the classes and had an amazing time. You can find A LOT cheaper massages especially in the village but it’s still a beautiful spa if you’re willing to pay the price!- when you’re laying on the beach it’s hard to get the attention of the staff for drinks/ food from the bar. It would be nice if someone came around every 30 mins or so to check! - the gym could benefit from some more lower-body machines. Almost all machines were upper body machines. However, there’s a squat rack so that makes up for it! - finally, I just want to give a heads up that it’s definitely a family-friendly hotel. The kids were mostly noticeable in the pool area and it didn’t bother us at all but I just wanted to call it out in case someone considered this hotel as a honeymoon place - don’t expect just couples! We loved our stay here so these are just minor things to be aware of rather than actual critique!

I like the atmosphere and staff was helpful

The water from the shower came to toilet side which is not ok.

    9RuthPosted on: 5-9-2025

Nice staff! We got a room upgrade for stroller access.

Most rooms and some areas of the hotel do not have easy access for a stroller.

    10HadasPosted on: 5-1-2025

Clean, beautiful place and very nice staff

Do not accessible with baby stroller

    9ShaiPosted on: 4-30-2025

The landscaping of the property is incredible! Something you don’t see every day. Location is very convenient. Hotel service is very kind with great manners. We had a problem with the AC and in three minutes they sent someone to solve the problem and fix it.

Couple of points that I think can take the place to the next level:First, better service in the pool and the beach - we couldn’t find anyone to order drinks.Second food quality at the pool is OK , also coffee at breakfast while they do serve espresso base drinks there is a clear lack of training of how to make a decent cup of coffee, which is quite essential for a five star hotel. Quick training will solve that issue.Third it looks quite weird. That breakfast is served in the back of the property and there is no option to be near the beach. They built a brand new restaurant at the pool area and it seems that no one use it.Instead, they put tables that obstruct the beautiful view from the pool. Overall, the hotel is stunning and I will stay there again- this is just a detailed honest feedback

We loved the hotel and the location, the staff were so professional and friendly, we took Thay boxing class and the teacher was very good! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to the Fisherman Village! Plus the hotel has many restaurant options with good food! The spa is beautiful! The attention to detail thought out the hotel is impressive. We had a great time!

The only comment would be the stairs to our room, which was on the 3rd floor. But it was minor.

    9TaniaPosted on: 4-27-2025

We loved our stay here. Loved the Thai influence of the hotel and the gardens and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Location perfect with easy stroll to Fisherman’s Village. Entertainment options great throughout the week.

It is a very busy hotel which really does cater for families and kids. We stayed during a very busy time and for a smallish hotel layout there were just too many kids around the pool and some being left in rooms unsupervised causing a lot of noise. We’d try for another time of year next time.

    9TarekPosted on: 4-24-2025

Truly Thai luxury hotel experience. The hotel is in one of the best areas in Koh Samui. I loved their rooms and attention to detail really great for families

    10AngelesPosted on: 4-20-2025

This hotel is truly stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, mature grounds, and breathtaking architecture that exudes timeless elegance. The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail. Many members of the staff were genuinely kind and warm-hearted, making me feel truly welcomed and well cared for.

There were too many children around, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere by the pool. The hotel would greatly benefit from having a dedicated adults-only pool area, offering guests a true sense of tranquility and relaxation

    9BálintPosted on: 4-14-2025

Superb rooms, excellent service, great pool, wonderful (the best ever) spa area and services. They even have a "hospitality room" if late check-out is not possible, you can privately relax, have a coffee, and take a shower there. Getting a car rental or organizing a day trip could not be more convenient.

Maybe, just maybe their other Koh Samui location has a better beach, this one was okay but not great.

    10VeronikaPosted on: 4-4-2025

Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the beauty of this tropical haven. The lush garden surroundings made it feel like a secluded resort, all just steps from the beach. The pool and wide range of water activities added the perfect touch of fun and relaxation. The hospitality was truly exceptional—warm, thoughtful, and attentive. We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the garden, and every detail was cared for. Each morning, housekeeping refreshed our space, and every evening, they returned to prepare the room for a restful night, complete with a sweet treat on the pillow. It’s those small touches that made the experience feel so luxurious.I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. This place is a dream, and we can’t wait to come back!

    8CameronPosted on: 3-18-2025

The gardens are just as beautiful as the photos. The resort does an excellent job of embracing the Thai spirit, which is absent from other hotels around the island. Staff are excellent, responsive, and I have no fault. Rooms are comfortable as are the beds and they feature nice new modern TVs. The pool is beautiful and its location right on the beach provides excellent views. Its location is perfect for exploring Bophut which is nice for a night or two.

The hotel bathrooms have a very odd layout with a glass door that doubles as both the shower and toilet door. Which isn't great for privacy. The hotel feels too compact for the number of guests which often meant it was difficult to get a sun lounger. There seemed to be a lot Brits who love to stake out "their" chairs in the morning even though the hotel has a policy stating not to do so. Breakfast was very okay and the restaurant's location is tucked away near the lobby and feels very crowded in an unappealing way during peak times. The hotel just feels too small for the amount of rooms and price point. If it was larger it would disperse people better.

    10SianahPosted on: 3-7-2025

The hotel is stunning, located on a beautiful beach which is sectioned off with a private area for hotel guests. The hotel is 5 minutes from the fisherman’s village which is great for bars and restaurants. The hotel puts on evening dining events throughout the week and puts a lot of effort into them, they are worth doing. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the food at the pool bar for lunch time is great too. We couldn’t fault the hotel and staff and would definitely go back!

    8SusanPosted on: 2-22-2025

Excellent location right on the edge of Fisherman’s Village. Friendly staff. Pretty surroundings. Water provided. The room was large and comfortable. Nice breakfast included. Nice pool. Sun beds could not be reserved.

Rooms were quite dark. Housekeeping was very late in the afternoon and then turn down was very early and only an hour or two later some days. Sunbeds too close together and some days there were not enough.

    8NadezhdaPosted on: 2-17-2025

Location , perfect breakfast, shining staff

    The hotel looks slightly tired

    10ItaiPosted on: 2-16-2025

The whole resort is amazing and the location to the fishermen village is great . Just walking distance 2 min. Staff very helpful and amazing

Nothing . I would have preferred adults only but it didn't really bother me cause the kids area is in the back of the hotel and Iam a beach goer .
