The great location mix sea and pool and nice restaurant buffet on the beach.Very nice breakfast buffetVery friendly and accommodating staff.

The walls of the room are very thin and you hear your neighbors.The blinds system of the entrance windows could be improved.The TV never worked properly.

Not so big hotel, with swimming pool, bar, restaurant and beach close to each other. Beautiful views of the ocean. Friendly staff.

The beach was good but not the best. Food and drinks a bit overpriced.

Everything. The atmosphere, the staff and the location was spot on. We left a teddy bear behind and the staff was kind enough to ship it for us to our next location. Excellent service!

Disappointing

The beach in front of the resort it’s just an average bad beach. The tiles from the pools are very sharp, be careful, we all got cuts on our feet, including my 4 years old daughter. We weren’t happy about.Breakfast nothing especial.

Larger Swimming pool is in desperate need of re-tiling. Numerous cuts on fingers and feet after swimming on kids and adults. Stayed in the smaller pool for remainder of our stay. Beds very hard. Location is secluded, 8min walk from strip but it has no shops. So long walk to anything. Taxi ordered at hotel is 100-200baht more expensive than what you pay to get home.

Love the view from the restaurant and being able to eat overlooking the beach. Breakfast was good and we ate lunch and dinner a few times which was also good. Staff were lovely and really helpful, plenty of sun beds.

The beach is very narrow and tidal so not always possible to walk very far along the beach.

Loved the surroundings. Rooms were big, bathroom new and very spacious. Very clean overall. Stuff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like was the mattress that was too hard to our liking. But overall we would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful beach, lovely staff, big modern bedrooms

Although a little out of the way it was exactly what we wanted, somewhere to chill not in the bustling town. The rooms are large with a huge bed. (as in most Asian countries the bed is very firm) The rooms are very clean and have everything you’d need. The bathroom was also huge. There are two pools, one near the beach the other quieter at the back of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied and very good with a selection to please everyone. All the staff are really helpful and so friendly, they go out of their way way to ensure that you are happy with your stay!

Breakfast poor and hotel starting to look a little tired

We booked the villa 101 which has a private beach access zone. Very nice and spacious. We avoided therefore this bad trend of prebooking the long chairs, which is bad habit in a lot of places.

The breakfast buffet was ok but always the same. More fruit variation please

Towels tired and old

The cleaning staff and the staff at the restaurant were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. That's about it !

Firstly the staff at the check in counters were not very helpful especially when we expressed our concerns about the Deluxe Villa we were given. We were expecting a deluxe villa with a pool view instead we go the last villa which is BEHIND the restaurant kitchen. The noise from the kitchen fans and the smell from the lavatories was so bad that we couldn't enjoy the patio nor could we leave the door open. The attitude of the staff was disappointing and the room was not at all what we expected. We specifically chose the room for the patio and the view which we couldn't enjoy. The staff offered us a free dinner which wasn't even 1% of the price we paid for 4 nights. What upset us even more was the fact that they admitted that they knew about the smell and the noise because they had similar complaints in the past however they still rented out the villa. Appalling and disappointment

The bed was very very hard, we asked for mattress toppers which were promptly provided and we did appreciated that. The sunbeds were extremely poor quality and the pool area could have been maintained to a higher standard

Beautiful room, very clean and comfortable. Great stay for our little family. Our one year old loved the pool.
