Friendly staff, comfy beds

Just be aware not to break anything from the room otherwise they will charge a bunch.

Easy walk to restaurants. Price.

No microwave, older place that I'm sure was great in the past.

The beds were very comfy and it was a clean and tidy hotel. The Netflix in the room was a nice touch. The pool was super nice with nice touches of flowers on the sun beds.Amazing view from the roof! Good value for money.

It is very dated and needing a well overdue make over. The bathrooms were cleaned well but due to the way it’s decorated, it shows up a lot of grime. It was also annoying that after 8pm, you had to go round the property to the car park and take the elevator from the dark car park to go up to room. Maybe upgrading to electronic key cards would make a massive difference. For the cheap rate of the rooms it was still a comfortable stay.

Very clean and modern , house keepers were lovely , you definitely get what you pay for , clean pool also!

The soap dispenser in room 26 does work but not very good

Conveniently close to ferry terminal and airport. Short walk to the beach.

Older building, the bathroom layout is a bit funny and hard to clean (hence lots of limescale)

- spacious room- smart TV, comfortable beds- not so many people, pool for just ourselves- 7/11 is not far

- far from the beach- weird rooms (toillet in the hall), but still great

On the main road, but quiet in room. Room was spacious with adequate cupboards. Clean rooftop pool. Near to shops. sunset balcony with mountain view. Pleasant staff.

The shower head,broken water running along bath top flooding onto floor.

I loved the hospitality the rooms are big clean hot and cold water the staff go out of their way to help. Highly recommended Do not judge a book by it's cover The image on site is not flattering but inside is nice.The only fault was the view.But It was made up by staff presence

Not there long enough to fail just that the bed was too hard for me but it was massive.so I slept on the smaller bed

Bathrooms where poorly renovated. Water leaking out of shower and seeping into the concrete. No problem for me, but might be a issue in long term.

Great stay for a relaxing getaway from the busy backpacker life. Pool was lovely and opened till 10! Not central but easy to get to centre. TV channels did not work but then we found at reception they had a 100+ DVD options which was great and i got to watch any film i wanted for free. Clean room & comfy bed.

The rooftop pool was really nice

I got locked in the bathroom because our sliding door got stuck. Not a fun time.

Clean, everything works. Hot water and drinking water everyday. Friendly stuff.

Nice view with the garbage everywhere at backyard. Empty and broken shampoo bottle. The hotel is old and everything look tired little bit.

The hotel was what I expected for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. They are very responsive when you message which I really appreciated.

The reason my rating is a little low is because the pillow was super uncomfortable. It was way too big and very lumpy. I’m not normally picky about pillows but this one made it hard to sleep and gave me a sore neck.

Great location, friendly staff, great value for money. Swimming pool on the roof was nicer than expected and a good place to catch some rays.

The hotel is very clean

The staff were very rude. They have two pool tables but playing pool was not allowed. They had a restaurant and a bar at the lobby, which were not in use but they didnt let customers borrow utensils or glasses. My friend spilled a little coffee on the towel and was charged extra for it. We got yelled at cause we took the hotel towels to the hotel swimming pool.

Big room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, good location and very friendly and helpful staff! Always very clean too! Pool is well looked after.

No food available in the hotel. Electricity kept cutting out so no air con while it was cut.

Lack of bike parking

Everything very nice. Good quality room and conditioner, perfect view on mountain and Palm tree, now open swimming pool on top floor, also bathtoobe inside room. Very nice hotel, I'll recommend!
