Balinese spa, pool staff very attentive. Free Buffet breakfast and dinner for a high fee was not bad.

Buffet prices very high, power in room went out for last few hours of our stay. Air conditioning in restaurant and buffet very weak. Nightly entertainment subpar. Toilet in room always had bad sewage smell.

The pool, garden and access to the beach are very good. There are some birds and palm squirrels to watch, which was very interesting.

I would prefer less music at the pool to hear just the ocean and wildlife around.

From start to finish, we had a delightful stay at the property. From the friendly welcome, to honouring the booking.com upgrade by giving us the best room in the house (the penthouse suite #401), giving us a tour of the room before taking it up, to the overall service, it was outstanding. Rooms: We had 1 penthouse suite and 1 single room - both were great but the penthouse was especially amazing! Perfect for 2 couples or group of 4-5 people. 2 well-equipped bathrooms, beautiful views and a deck to die for! Food: We had 2 meals at Sippi which were both great and very reasonably priced, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Unlike other resorts, you don't need to step out of here at all for food because of their wide variety and quality. Service: Staff and service was all-round top notch, with a special mention to Roshan, Gayan (front desk)and Madusanka (restaurant) - warm, friendly and helpful. Pool: Not a deep one, but good for wading and chilling + tons of chairs around, and a nice pool bar tooBeach: Easy access, and nice soft beach for a short swim

Rooms: The deck of the penthouse needs some work - the wooden flooring was broken in places and we had to be very careful while walking. There were a few corners that had a few drips and drops of water from the heavy rains which needs attention. Reaching the penthouse is a trek from the elevators + a flight of stairs - not ideal for older people or little kids, but great for adults. Beach: It connects with the river so the water is a little murky and contaminated, unlike other sides of bentota - unfortunate and not the hotel's fault, but it was a bummer because we wished to spend more time in the sea. Also, limited area to swim because we were warned of currents Some entertainment options like bands, music etc. would have made it more fun especially at the bar.

Amazing variety for breakfast and easy access to the beach. Ideal for a family stay with well organized rooms.

Dining space for the restaurant is small, you might have to wait if it gets busy.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Eden Beruwala. The team gave us a warm welcome, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade (subject to availability) — the room had a beautiful sunset view. Since we booked through Booking.com, we also received a 20% discount on dinner at the à la carte restaurant, which was a nice bonus. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the buffet spread was quite good as well. Also need to mention that the staff was also very nice and supportive.. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay

Everything was perfect! The location was perfect, the pool was always clean, room service was amazing. Great value for such facilities. I requested an iron and it was brought to the room free of charge. We enjoyed staying at the hotel!

Had a great time there with plenty of food in their buffet. Rooms are nice and clean. The beach and the pool are also nice. Worth the money.

The beach was lovely, and some of the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent and offered a fair variety.

The furniture is old but functional. The hotel was always crowded with lots of kids, which affected the cleanliness of the pool. Service was slow — calling reception often meant waiting a long time for a reply, if at all. The restaurant was hot, with dirty floors, and the dinner buffet was disappointing compared to breakfast.

Spacious rooms and beautiful views.

A few little tweaks such as scales in bathroom no battery, some of the plug sockets not working and little things like that would make this an absolutely perfect stay!

The lunch buffet was nice and the pool area was good.

The a/c in the room we stayed in was not working properly. We called twice to come check it out but nobody turned up. Slept the night in sweat. That was disappointing. We paid 60k to not have a proper sleep.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The views were simply breathtaking — easily the highlight of the trip. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved the on-site restaurants — great variety, delicious food, and excellent service. Would definitely come back!
