nice place to stay. breakfast was acceptable

room design was ok but a bit weird

Everything was good, the place, the atmosphere, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

The breakfast is too standard for a star hotel. The cleanliness of the tableware is a bit poor. Two days wanting to enjoy the pleasure of breakfast was interrupted by a dirty coffee cup as if it had not been washed. Instantly lost the feeling of wanting to enjoy warm morning coffee.

A comfortable stay in a clean room. The staff were great. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was delicious with a great range of choices - Asian and Western.

There wasn't any soap/shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. We had our own and were late check in and early check out so it didn't really affect us. If we had stayed longer, we would have mentioned this to staff.

It was the best option in the area.

Even so, cold air continued to flow into the room, also bringing the stench of cigarette smoke into our no-smoking room. I like to change hotel due to change plan, the booking agent said ok by email, but the front desk void it.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 17 days and every day the room cleaned, sheets & towel changed and the equipment was filled. It was a nice stay. The location was not far from the highway & train station.

It's a pity that the parking is charged after 5 mnt.

the room is to small it doesnt allow you to habe extra beds you have to pay extra for breakfast

The rooms are well designed. Lot of shelves to but bags an other items. Indomarts and food places with in walking distance.

Comfortable room, breakfast is good

Drainage in the sink is not smooth.Receptionist didn't care when we in the queued, even though she was not busy. She didn't give us parking ticket even though she asked our car number.

somehow i did not notice that i was marking my booking for 1 adult. but i was actually accompanied by my wife. the hotel receptionist insisted on charging me for one extra breakfast. I really did not like that and I count it as sign of inhospitablity. I also hope to know the point of view of booking.com on this issue.

Ensure the bed position really sturdy / firmed not easy to slip off from its position. Is the room soundproof..?, I was not sure on this. since my neighbor operated the electrical button for lights I could hear it

it has very good neat deco so its quite spacious for me and the room are so clean (such a plus) the design are modern aesthetic, briefly its nice and comfortable so it was a very pleasant stay

room wasn’t soundproof enough so i can still hear noises from outside (such as door closing to hard, running kids, some chatter especially on the corridor).

Everything was okay, the staff, room (my fav is deluxe room with sofa), and other things. But what i love the most from this hotel is the hotel location, its access is really helpful if you wanna go to Bekasi or Jakarta.

Despite everything that's good in this hotel, unfortunately my cell phone connection wasn't properly working. Then, the wifi connection was terribly annoying too. I don't know it happens only in some area, or all area inside the building, so i won't recommend this hotel if you wanna do some work that need internet connection.

Definitely above average in Jakarta. I have been in other international brand hotels in Jakarta too, but this one really stands out for the price. 1. The stuff is very helpful and the room service really quick. 2. The room and all other public areas are clean and serviced very well 3. The room has all amenities and nothing was broken or not working. Even though the superior room I have been in was not really large it had all I needed and expected for a week. 4. Great breakfast with huge choice

The neighborhood offers only a few restaurants and isn't near any public rapid transit opportunity or landmark. This means it's only a good hotel for people who really need to stay in or near Bekasi.

Good food

Very slow internet connection in room, and also in meeting room. Poor

Family room is good for family (2 person and 2 children). So many restaurant around to get some online food.

1. I came at 14.00 and I can go in to my room at 15.00. It takes too long cause the hotel staff needs to clean the room. They don't prepare my room :(2. When I go outside to take my dinner, the parking reservation didn't registered, so I have to pay. (Later it registered when I checked out)3. The swimming pool rule is just for 12 person due to Covid-19. But it's just a "rule". Everyone can go swim in here.4. Lift for guest can't go to car park. So you need to go to lobby first. 5. Everyone can go to guest room floor. Cause of access card in lift for guest didn't work. No privacy.6. The carpet in family room is so old and looks dirty.
