Large rooms and solid king size beds. Wifi was good, gym was small. Had an issue with th AC and it was fixed promptly. Free water coolers on each floor

The warm hospitality of the well-trained staff, particularly the reception personnel and housekeeping staff, was amazing. The robust security system and the diverse menu were highly pleasing. And let’s not overlook the welcoming gestures from the staff at the entrance. ???️

The situation with the lifts is quite inconvenient. The hotel currently have only two functioning lifts, and unfortunately, one of them is out of service. As a result, there is congestion during peak hours, and people are experiencing long waiting times. It’s essential to address this promptly to ensure smoother movement and better accessibility for everyone. ??️

I like the people hospitality. Special mention to Okta and Ely at the reception who are very approachable and always assisting on our request and queries.

Overall I think still okay, if there is minor commenst I can give it is about the tower where it is already old and obviosuly need to change new set.Not bery comfortable to used and the color is no longer white instead dirty white or sometime yellowish.

Location is good for the surrounding industrial area, room facility and bedding mattress are good as expected, good breakfast with standard variety and choice, nice and friendly staff except one person with serious face expression, not sure about the parking space which seems limited

Day 1 : Freezer is spoil (replace after call front desk), no study chair, Asked for 2, deliver 1 events chair. water heater is ether too hot or too cold, can't control the vavle.Day 2 : Asked again for additional check, deliver a bedroom chair (correct). same with heater Day 3 - Day 5 : noisy neighbor above, heavy foot running in the night.Day 6 - Day 7 : it normal, check out with staff help to book taxi to airport. Taxi is good too, very fast reach airport with less charges then when we arrival in day 1.Breakfast, so happen only the dish i like remain the same through out my stay. that's still ok with me, but do hope a little different. Wifi is good.

The hotel is very clean. The dish is varies and has good quality. Its an eco-friendly hotel. I like the detail which they try to promote reducing plastic waste i.e instead of plastic bottles, they choose to provide water gallon which you can use anytime. The staff is also very polite, friendly, and helpful. All the amenities in the room work perfectly. Everything is just totally value for money. I just love everything.

The pool is small. But I'm okay with that.

Need to take water inside my room. It's rather disturbing when day night and I was too sleepy for reach the water dispenser
