Lack of care for the bathrooms and maintenance of facilities. I've have stayed there in the past and had enjoyed it but since things are slowly opening up since covid lack of awareness must play into it
Bed is comfy. HK runner quite fast attending the request. Concierge always helped me with the WHcR for my mom. Room service sent lontong sayur for free for my mom since we coulndt go sown for breakfast. FOH staff in breakfast hall also friendly.
They didnt deliver my go food order during the day. Ms Dinda always said shes alone/occupied. I know this is not the task, but consider I travel with elderly and a toddler. Sometimes i need someone to go up and and help me with this.
