Location, and all staffs are very attentive and helpful. Since we arrived quite early, we could store our luggage while waiting for available room. Any problem was addressed promptly; there were some ants when we checked into our room, but the cleaning lady came and dealt with it right away. We booked a Harris Unique room, and the room was spacious, smelled good, and with great view.

The minibar refrigerator was not cold enough.

Almost everything, outstanding staffs, nice confy room, vvip parking, strategic location, yummy foods, nice courtesy n services.. bravo..

Not available keep it that way..n always continually improved...

I believe is the only hotel chain located in Summarecon Bekasi. Clean, convenience and close to train station

1. Found a live cockroach in bed room2. Left the hotel at 9 a.m., and the room was still not cleaned by 6 p.m.3. Don't recommend buying breakfast. The salad wasn't fresh; some leaves were yellow, while others were dry and limp. Instead of eating the hotel's breakfast, spending less money at the Starbucks next to the hotel would be better.4. Sockets were loose, and plugs fell from the sockets.

I paid for the full price for 8 nights at this hotel, but the toilet was flooded, the water puddles in the toilet and shower room made the floor slippery and could be dangerous for safety, they came several times to fix it, but it still seeped into the toilet floor and the hand wash unit floor, also the wc floor. 3 lights were broken, the night operator “R” was very rude, I asked him 3 times in the diffrent days for the extra towel or extra mat, but was deliberately given something that did not match my request, without explanation. Manager do not know how to solve the problem. And many more bad experience here.

Ants in the room and very basic for a four star hotel as Santika being a 3 star was much better.I booked 3 types of rooms, but all looked the same.

Always clean and tidy. Very simple and minimalist. Breakfast is great. Many option and menu. And taste great.

Sometimes shower head do not work properly..

Outstanding rooms, with a lot of space and full equipment. Kindness of the personnel and the staffs. Quality of the breakfast. Important commercial mall just next to the hotel.

As all hotels in Asia, there is no adaptators available for foreign electrical sockets (EU).

The Staff are really nice and helpful (Shout out to Mas Eka at receptionist!). To be fair all staff provided exceptional service? It attaches to big mal with many restaurants, a small supermarket and many shops for hop shopping. The bed is comfy and we got really nice view to city and mall, which sometime has live music (downside, it could be too loud for some, but we enjoy it anyway).

The toilet is clean, but the molds between silicone grouting make it looks dirty. We understand it is really difficult to clean it, because it means redo the whole silicone grouting in toilet. But if it's not there, would be better.Our toilet bowl has many small ants. House keeping said it because of food. But one day we didn't bring any food in a the room after cleaned up, they appeared again.

The location is good next to mall and they hv own entrance to mall ?Breakfast was good, the room was good, staff was nice and proffesional. wifi good. pool is good.

We booked for twin bed room with sofa bed. They need to upgrade their sofa bed. The sofa bed is too small and notcomfy at all even for kid. When we asked reception for extra duvee or pillow/blanket for our kid in sofa bed they refuse to give us eventhough we re fam of They only can give us extra pillow/blanket if we order extra rolling bed (which will be charged per day) ?Also for water. We only got 2 smallwater bottle per say instead of 4 (we are fam of 4). But other than that is actually really goodhotel ?

The food ,they cut fruit of papaya ,watermelon and pit inthe bowl. This is not really good ,because papaya and watermelon very soft on above it is ok,but the lower one will be deformed, not look nice.I really dont like it, please improve ,Do not put like this

It was clean and comfortably connected to a mall. The staff was Very nice and helpful. The room was pretty standard but big enough for a few days.

Bedsheets dirty, toilet seat are dirty and looking yellowish, eat at restaurants longer waiting for food serve, after 10 pm the restaurant wanted to off all the dinings room area where we eating.
