Decent hotel, staff were great and very professional. Good location with plenty of local amenities near by.

Cleanliness, in particular in the rooms was not great. It was obvious that only a quick clean was conducted.

There's no playground for our child.We came with online taxi, n have to pay the parking even only drop off at lobby, cause only got 1 free parking even only drop off or pick up. So, I have to choose check-in or check out, and we choose check out. When we wanted to go out with other taxi, we had to walk a bit further so they didn't need to pick us up at the lobby and pay the parking, the driver also didn'twant to turn far to get our destination. Not handy to travel with kids without own car

All staff is nice, a bed and pillow was very comfortable which make me good sleep and fully rest, breakfast have many option.

It was good staycation in Aston Imperial Hotel Bekasi, it has strategic location, delicious & variative breakfast, comfortable room, clean bathroom with complete amenities & great view of Bekasi City

The room has less soundproof, I got room one floor below birthday party, it was very noisy, it was make a bit uncomfortable at night, my suggest to staff, if there was a party, please make sure, it not bother to other room/floor

the location is near to Metropolitan mall but with a little walking distance under no shelter route.Besides the hotel got 24 hours chained restaurants like McD , KFC and etc.The 16th floor roof top bar is nice and relaxing.The room condition is nice and spacious, the bathroom is big and clean.

the breakfast is more to local style of food, taste abit too salty and the dishes are cold.even the hot chocolate is not hot at all.The cupboard in room need to improved as there is no soft closing and the door abit broken.the safety box is malfunction too...

Easy access to shops and shopping mall. Good price. We stayed for nights and later on we prolonged another night due to changed of plans.

The room I stayed in was old and the shower did not have proper door, hence water everywhere when showering.

I`ve got hair on bed after entering room, room so small n hotel eitherbreakfast plain n so so, different with any other Aston hotel

i'd like the general facilities there, its good standart for aston, and their place in bekasi was on the right place in the center of crowd. so the price was high cause of location

i've book for early check in. when i came there i've got no room and wait for almost an hour to wait another ppl checked out first, it was little bit annoying, since the staff tell us better to confirm via phone to hotel 1st rather on commend special request on booking agency like this. so what the use of discussion feature on booking agency or they can call us on point, and this is the 1st time when i want to early check in and had to paid more, but still waiting for an hour.

breakfast as terrible , food all over the floor , coffee was taste like it was mixed with food , sliced bread was stale and smelly , toaster didn’t work proper , all food was mixed up and messy , some food contents had other food dropped over it from other containers , eggs where terrible , can’t even make an over easy fried egg, most food was cold… bathrooms in the rooms the drains smelly , The AC don’t work for 2 days it was stuck at 25 degree and won’t go any lower , had to ask them 4 times to come and check my room. as a result I can’t sleep for 2 nights as the room was too hot and I was sweating all night..

the location is quite center with malls surrounding. there are restaurants nearby which is quite convenient. everything worked. the bathroom was clean. the parking is one with the malls so quite big too. breakfast was nice, especially the chicken porridge with the sambal.

first, the bedsheet could have been cleaner. I don't know if because it was old, but it looks not quite clean with remaining fading stains. along with the pillow cover. Second, I was very disappointed with the service during breakfast. We were told that it started at 6AM, we got down 10-15mins later than that, sure the food was ready but there was no staff serving. Due to covid, we couldn't take food ourselves. I was on a quite tight schedule but i had to wait for the staff. When I finished, there were only 2 staff serving the whole breakfast hall.
