Horison Ultima Bekasi Hotel

They did not have the room requested so we had to stay in a is smoking room. Nearly everything in the hotel is outdated, and they skimp on towels and tissue paper. The floors were filthy and showers inadequate.

Breakfast was great!

The first day I checked in, they put me in an old smoking room. The bathroom was moldy and the light was terribly dim. Internet connection was so poor. I complained on the second day. They almost didn’t want to move me to different room. Finally the manager let me move to better room.

Calm,clean,and all staff kind

Location was nice because its connected to a mall and there are at least 4 other malls within 7 mins walking distance. The swimming pool is very nice. Staff very friendly and very helpful...they all deserve a pay raise.

They only criticism i have for Horison hotel is the breakfast. The rice, chicken/meat and potato wedges were all cold. They need to put burners underneath the pots to keep the food hot/warm. Also, there was no ice for my mango and orange juice drinks. But overall the breakfast buffet has a nice variety of foods and drinks to choose from.

Comfortable, had no issue with the room and the facilities

Since it was crowded, we had to wait quite long for the food refill at breakfast time.

1. The lobby cafe that allows customers to smoke.2. The staff were super friendly! Mr Tenny, the reception team, the restaurant staff, the enginers, and the security team were very helpful. Thank you, guys! Keep up the good work! ?

1. Lack of bathmats to be placed inside the bathtubs, which did not help my disabled daughter and elderly parents to get in and out of the slippery bathtubs. This issue has been mentioned on our previous stay. We are regular customers. Please pay extra attention to this. This is fundamentally important to aid disabled and elderly people! 2. Super slow Wi-Fi despite being given an extra personal router inside the room, which makes it difficult for me to work online from the room.

Nothing, I will never stay there again and I will not introduce to any of my friends.

We reach hotel only 11pm at night, room was not ready, staff was rude and never bother to let us know what happen and just leave us there waiting, three staff, nando, henri, andri, when ask about the room, just keep quiet and went to the side of reception to hide away to avoid being asked. The room was terrible, the carpet was very wet and have a very foul smell, which disturbs our sleep totally. The rooms are old and rusty at all corners, basic necessities are in the room though, in the end they compensate us with complimentary breakfast, but it will definitely be one of the worst experience we have with a 4star hotel in Indonesia.

My room had Internet connection issues. The second day the management moved me to a different room. Apart from this all good and I will go back for sure

Fantastic facilities, delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was super nice and the breakfast was great. Specially the egg station chef was great person who kept making eggs through whole breakfast period.

Wifi was very bad and the TV too (TV connection is through wifi, i assume)

I know was though situation upon check in as I have to waiting in the line ,on September 15th that time long weekend ,,,I got very late to get the room ready ,,,I have to wait on the lobby around half and hours ,,,no one call me again till I am approaching one concierge gentlemen ( I am forgot the name ) and he hand offer room key ,,By the way forgot he did not give me breakfast voucher ,,,until 8 pm someone call me ( she told me that asking me about breakfast voucher ) I told her i did not get it,,she promised that will be deliver to my room ,,but till 10 pm no one deliver and again I call reception another laddies promised will deliver with mention what time will be go breakfast I told her at 8 am ,,,till I am fall asleep voucher did not came ,,wake up early morning call reception finally night or morning shift they deliver my voucher ,,,this time was my bad day to chose horizons ,,,not like couple years ago ,,,any way reception Guy was that time check in was polite the way they handle situation .Bravo to 3 gentleman reception

All the staff act very nice and profesional to me and my family, specialy for miss andita (Thank you for your hospita;ity), the room very clean and the extra bed are confey to.

to bed that the swimming pool can't not be use that day, because of the maintanance that schedule, coz the purpose for me and my family visit the hotel is for the swimming pool, but its okey, maybe next visit, we can use it.thank You

From the outside of the hotel it is a lovely property, and walking into the hotel it continues that level of elegance and charm. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in several parts of Indonesia during this last day and this was the only Hotel that offered a streaming service like Netflix, which was a huge plus. And one of the best parts is the view during breakfast.

This isn't the first hotel in Bekasi that I've seen do this, the outside of the hotel and the foyer of the hotel are very clean, but when you get into the room the rooms are not cleaned properly. There are so many stains on the carpets and furniture, I do not understand why they do not usecarpet cleaners or upholstery cleaners to clean those up.

This hotel it’s just right on top of a big mall it’s very convenient. There are super market, bread shop, shopping mall I can get anything I need during my stay in this hotel and the breakfast is good. We will go back there for sure.
