They provide free flow of water during breakfast time. It's good for us as my wife is pregnant and needs a lot of water.

Toilet near swimming pool is not really clean and the water tap didn't work properly. I found some bugs in the room.

The staff is incredibly friendly, I've traveled to many countries and this hotel definitely has top-notch people working there.

The first room they put me in was covered in roaches and the carpets were filthy. They moved me to a new room which did not have roaches, however the carpets in that room were also filthy. The shower look like it had not had a deep cleaning in years with caked limescale and mold. The towels were so old they were falling apart. I blame the property owner for not properly maintaining the hotel. The hotel could be absolutely beautiful if they were some upkeep and renovations done. The furniture in my room was wobbly as if it were about to collapse. Several times the buttons in the elevator would not work and I would have to switch elevators. I have never been to a hotel or the towels are withering away as much as this place.

It was spacious, good location and the staff were very nice and helpful.

We had problem with Air Conditioner, but then they moved us to another room upgraded. So it was very good experience.

While my stay at Amaroossa Grande had many positive aspects, I feel it's essential to provide an honest review, including some areas that fell short of expectations.One notable drawback was the insufficient number of towels at the swimming pool. This inconvenience detracted from the overall experience, as guests had to wait or inquire for additional towels, disrupting the seamless enjoyment of the pool facilities. Improving the availability of pool towels would undoubtedly enhance the guest experience.Additionally, I encountered cleanliness issues with the windows in my executive room. Took so much time waiting for the elevator. The parking facility is so poor, dark, and unorganized.

The reception lady was very helpful. The location was very good for access to locations.

The bathroom has an open window to the room, which is covered with a curtain. This is something I have experienced in a few places, which is not something found in western hotels.

Location is in the central.. near to toll gate, shoping mall, etc.

Cleaness.. very dusty.. dusts are everywhere in the room, stick to curtin, carpet, furniture, windows, etc.. even small cockroach suddenly came out..Seems like they never have schedule to clean the dust in the room, it just only small cleaning and tidy up the room everytime if some one has check out..

In general the cleanliness is poor, the equipment in the gym is out of order, the there was only few equipment. The smell of the bathroom was bad.

property faces a busy streets (even in the middle of the night), continuous buses and cars honking can be heard from room. Towels were all with a weird bad odour.

BAD MANAGEMENT ?..1. All area wasn't clean at all;2. Food too much for breakfast (why that food served too much can use for breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and the worst is food was cold (why food doesn't heated up before guests come) and the 2nd breakfast just tried mix vegetables already SOUR ?;3. Television doesn't worked well on and off all time;4. Stain in bed and carpets;5. The towels and bed linens too old and need bleaching for make stay white;6. No hand towels;7. No spare toilet rolls;8. Water leaking in the sink;9. Staff just given one key for the room.10. Need renovation ASAP IF THE MANAGEMENT want to have good reviews for who those people to stay;

Closer to galaxi to see friends

Although we booked executive room for comfort and luxury but it was far from it. Taps in shower partly broken. Bedroom was very noisy from the traffic downstairs although we were on level 11th. It felt like our room was next to main road. Curtains needs fixing and room needs renovation. Food is average and coffee was cold. It's only Rp. 125000 for breakfast but decent hot coffee is a must.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of selections and delicious.

Cleanliness can be improved. There were 2 cockroaches in our room luckily the room service lady helped us.

Comfy beding,fast wifi, comfy bathroom

I ordered a quiet room, yet i got the crowded one which window faced the main road + tge room apparently has a connecting door with the room next to it which make things much more comfortable when a super noisy group of people also staying in that next room

the breakfast is beyond my expectation. It was great having breakfast there with my family.

there is plenty of dust on the window and carpet.

Since i cannot sleep, i just woke up around 10 (barely close my eyes only had 2 hours sleep) so I was late for breakfast but the restaurant offer to deliver the food to my room.

The room is very noisy. I can hear the traffic from outside all night long. Looks like the glass is not soundproof. My room is 1312. It was quite on the corridor outside room but it is so bad inside the room. If you are a light sleeper better not to stay here especially in the room facing the main road. Awful! You can hear the cars, horn, etc. I asked reception is it possible to change the room but she said cannot since i already check in. (Well who knows that it is going to be noisy right?)And also, parking lot is too small.
