Pros +
- Location is good, near toll exitHas good access to shopping mallRoom is quite big, air conditioner works wellBathtub quite small, but still doableBreakfast is good, but maybe need more variationsHowever, porridge is serve not warm
- Nothing was special, tbey said deluxe room with city view but was nothing cant see only building.
- The location of the hotel thas is bustling. I just needed to turn right from the inside elevator, I could cut through the route to the mall via access from Matahari Dept Store. Not needing to go out facing possible weather havoc. At the price I am paying, bath tub is available, for me it is a steal.
Cons -
- Limited parking lot near hotel, have to park in shopping mall. But no worries, there is access from shopping mall directly to hotel.Room is not to soundproof, you can hear voice and noise from other room and corridor.
- The wall from the room is old careless
- Facility is not so much ready. The extension phone was not there to call the lobby which is a bit of a hassle, Need to inform by Whataspp to the lobby.I was not aware of a swimming pool, although the picture in booking.com it seemed to be there. The information about possible facility we can use need to be more upfront.I think in general, knowing that this hotel is new, I could undestand some of the shortcomings.
