Garden View Hotel

Near to bahau town and easy to get food and also can go to hiking Taisho hill

Location of the hotel is strategic. Ample parking space, easily accessible and next to a park.

The smelly room, bad sink placement, no breakfast option, old lift.

Staff was friendly and overall facility was clean.

The lift continuously broke down and had to climb up and down using the stairs. Saw an elderly man walking up and thats not good at all and no staff was to assist and aware the lift is not working.

Room is ready once arrive can move in

Cleaning need to improve a bit.

Like shit and stupid , dirty hotel I haven meet before

No take care of the room & halfway upgrade ( only toilet upgrade ) just put the mini fridge at floor.even after housekeeping , dirty item did not take out , just put at the toilet . When check in they give me key card , then try open the room can’t open. Go counter again ask why can’t open , counter said oh sorry lock spoil , forgot give u manual key. They back room try again, can’t open again till go down call again house keeping come . A Indon house keeping come , what she said , turn left and try again , pull the handle and hold and tan turn again the key the u can open the door . I ask her why so mesh to open the door , she. Said slow slow learn u can open the door. This is not should happen issue to hotel guests, please management, if got issue on the room or door don’t sell your room . Hope the stupid management, counter and housekeeping take note . We are staying more that RM 110++ per night , not RM 40-50 budget hotel . Thank for your stupid experience for your hotel . We are highly no encourage ppl to stay there . Thanks

Stay was fit for our purpose, to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. A welcome note was placed in our room with an apt message related to our 50 years together. The "all you can eat breakfast" was great way to try various Peranakan flavours. Dinner was also good to sample Portuguese cuisine.

Only shortfall was just a maintenance issue. The shower glass door does not close properly, causing the dry area to get wet. We just use more towels to mitigate.

Cleanliness, no privacy on 1st floor as the Window is facing the driveway and on the same level as the driveway. Bathroom mouldy.

Very old and furniture is spoil all out! Late night on 12am still noisy around from others client

If have choice not to stay here, service is very bad! I arrive on 1pm, other customer check out and yet i still need to wait until 3pm, while i am coming all the while from KL, i request to check in early with extra charge! But yet the counter service very bad temper and black Face not to negoniate at all!

the lift is smelly, the room carpet is smelly, others is ok, location is good not many cars, can sleep peacefully at night

staff is good. as the place is under upgrading i have not much comment on my stay. The ballroom is super huge and good place to have wedding dinner.

I didn't have a higher expectation but it turns out the room is way better than what I've imagined...clean, comfortable and nice stay

No iron.in the room. Need to iron outside and far from our room.

Near to town, it's easy to get food. The room is clean staff are nice.

But the iron is too far and no hanger, no aircord there. Don't know where to hang clothes while ironing for the other. Should provide hangers.

I booked the hotel thru booking.comBut I didn't make payment via online..I pay by cash ...and I check out 1 day earlier....they did not refund me back.. receptionist did told me it is a long procedure Soo they can't refund....

We booked the hotel on february for june booking , we asked the receptionist for attached rooms ,she said ok but when we went it was separate rooms ,105 and 234 . I think you could improve your services.

Money for value. This hotel can be considered the cheapest for the price you pay as compared to the good housekeeping and high level of courtesy amongst the staff. I extended my stay four times. Really impressed
