Everything except the breakfast. Location is perfect. Room is as expected. Everything seems clean.

Breakfast. I expected more on the breakfast with this price. And the food itself didn't taste exceptional, it's just edible.

The location was terrific. So close to the harbour and all the little shops. There are great restaurants near by.

You could hear the boats from the harbour through the night. There were no umbrellas by the pool.

Staff was exceptional. They were communicative, thoughtful, helpful, and kind. I traveled alone with my two sons and having such a kind staff helped made the trip so lovely and stress-free. My oldest son had his birthday during our stay and they made him feel so special by decorating the room and surprising him with a cake. The location is also great. We walked to so many restaurants and shops. Our sea-view was also beautiful.

Unfortunately you’ll have a fishing boat that needs to get out early so it can get loud very early.

Hotel and spa staff is highly professional. Nice view on the harbor, very beautiful lobby.Spa price is quite high but they offer 20% discount that makes the price more reasonable

There is not enough light in the room. In the evening you are sitting in a dark room. The only place in your room with good lighting is inside the wardrobe ))) And you can’t switch off the light inside the wardrobe. Why???Restaurant on the 6 flour is good for breakfast but not very good for dinner. May be we were not lucky but almost all the food that we ordered there was expensive comparing to other restaurants around but not delicious.

Staffs are very welcoming and everyone is pleasant and willingly to help. Good location and beautiful view.

The location and staff. Everyone in the hotel try to help you even when you don’t ask for help. I would like to Thank Mr. Faisal for his big smile and help with all my questions about the area.

location was great. shops and restaurants very close by as the hotel is located in the town centre itself. Food in hotel was good too. We had their seafood bbq dinner and it was great! Theres also a seafood market down the road from the hotel.

The entrance to the hotel, loved the view, the cleanliness. The location was perfect. The staff were super friendly. Loved the free massage and tea time. And we had an excellent breakfast.

The hotel surrounding, especially the lobby is very beautiful. Close proximity to amenitiesStaff Denni, Andy & Edy at Front desk were extremely polite and helpful. Staff Edu & Beti helped to pull off a surprise birthday party during dinner!

The noise of vehicles and nearby building in the morning. Encountered Front desk staff that does not smile and was indifferent when attending to guest.

The location was excellent. The hotel is looking out of the bay and the view when I walked into the lobby was breathtaking. The rooms are clean and the hotel keeps the room humidity low, and the room does not have the humid odor. The breakfast was excellent, with a bunch of traditional Indonesia food and overlooking into the bay.

I regret I did not stay in this hotel for longer. I tole the front desk that I regret not staying longer once I saw the view in the lobby.

Breakfast was a good buffet spread, and the food quality high.The location of the restaurant on the 6th floor with its marina view was really nice.

Hand towels should be provided in the bathroom in addition to the bath towels.There should have been a sign to say drinks in the fridge were complimentary

Very expensive for Breakfast, in fact all meals, then ++ payment on top, I can see why many people eat at the many eateries out side.

Perfect location and gorgeous views of the harbour from the hotel.Good breakfast with great views.Perfect hotel position for walking out along the streets to cafes, eateries etc. Also very close to the Pasar Malam night market with fresh fish and seafood cooked on the spot and can eat behind at tables near the waterfront. Beer also available at some stalls or you can buy across the road at supermarket. Also a very good English pub along the same street, if you get tired of Indonesian food (not likely).Helpful and friendly staff. They also surprised my husband with a birthday cake and decorated our bedroom on his special day.Had read comments on booking .com about noise from boats in the harbour, and there were ear plugs left in the room from the hotel, but, quite honestly didn't think it was a problem. The occasional chug-chug from boats just heightened the ambience.Close to the airport so only 15 minutes drive.Would stay here again. Missing it already!

Laundry service not as advertised, supposed to be same day service. Had to chase up several times and then request them to bring to room, when they demanded cash payment !!Drone activity outside our elevated balcony. There needs to be a sign outside to say No Drones by the Hotel.Given wrong payment information on Komodo cruise with East Cruise. There are inflated rates for Foreigners. Also this trip is NOT suitable for seniors due to the lack of boat infrastructure. No walkway onto boats. Transferring boat to boat with the sea below, and scaling walls is NOT suitable for two 70 year olds. Very dangerous. Both the hotel and East Cruise should advise seniors. No duty of care.

There was a mosque right next to the hotel. No disrespect to a religion but they had prayers on loud speakers often during the day and night which disrupted our sleep.There was no buffet breakfast it was only Ala carte and not much choice for vegetarian.

The rooms near the harbor. You can hear the boats at 5am (for which the hotel provides earplugs, but for more sensitive people it may not be enough).

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, easy to find food, stores, close to the port. Great ocean view from the room and lobby.Complete amenities, great breakfast.

1.Room is spacious (phinisi room) but feels tight due to a lot of sections and wall separation and too big bathroom. Probabably your kids can play hide n seek in there ?.2.Wooden sliding door to the bathroom is loose with no lock. It keeps sliding open.
