Good location. Nice view. Big room and terrace.

Some power outlets didn't work. No safe. Room could use an update.

The location is PRIME! Right in the heart of the Main Street so everything is easily walkable from here. If you are on a budget or just don't mind not having luxury, this is a great place to stay. Everything is very basic but thats what you pay for. We really enjoyed this for our 2 night stay, it had everything we needed. The room itself was massive with a king bed, balcony, and heaps of room in general. The rooftop area for breakfast (comes with the room which is a great touch) has a great view of the harbour and the food is decent.

the bathroom could use some updating but everything worked how it was supposed too. expect our toilet did come off the floor on one side so that was a bit of a concern. There is a loud noise in the mornings from the monastery around 5am and at sunset but it didn't really bother us that much. The staff were kind and helpful with our bags but there was always so many of them just sitting on the stairs, or on the benches in the hallways just on their phones.. I know there probably wasn't much to do work wise but it just looked a bit not professional.

The room was nice and spacious. A/C was working well and the view from the rooftop was really nice.

pillows were dirty! The shower was also dirty and overall condition of the hotel was not as the photos were showing! They were doing some painting during our stay and the whole hotel smelled it was actually quite bad. The rooftop has seen better days for sure! It’s outdated!

I like the location. It is right in the town center and close to everything. It also close to the airport about 10/15mins. The breakfast was just okay. It's not buffet. They just give you the menu of about 5/6 options and you just pick one. The staff are very friendly. The café is on the top roof with nice view of the sea. Rooms are spacious. Wi-fi is good.

The aircon was not cool enough so complained to the staff and later they call technician to fix it. Here, the temperature and humidity can really get sticky so good AC is very important. For the TV, I'm not sure how to use it or whether is it even functioning and did not bother to find out. Mug in the room was chipped and should be replaced and not safe for use. Kettle was also not functioning and asked the staff to replace with the other room.

Location is right by the pier. Spacious.

It was outdated and run down. Not very clean at all the sheets looked to be very dirty and the pillows needed upgrade because there was smell. we had to ask to change our pillow cases which the staff was very helpful but not much improvement. We had travel single used pillow case which help. Horrible noise proofing. We can head everything happening all the around us from our room. Especially the little karaoke performances from the pier that goes late into the night. Glad we stayed there for only one night. Breakfast was very simple not much to look forward to. You can probably spend a little bit more to get a place that would be a lot better.

Good location, and staff were really lovely.Clean room, and especially the room blocked the noise from outside very well, from the pray. I sleep happily at 4 am, no need to wake up by the noise

Excellent location. It's right in the centre of Labuan Bajo with views of the water within 15minutes of everything. It's comfortable, once you adjust the aircon which is over the bed. The staff were so nice - a thing the people of Flores are know for. Free Breakfast is adequate and served quickly.

I can't say i didn't like anything. Be aware the rooms are a little worn due to time and the stairs up are steep. However, remember you're in Indonesia and a boy will be sent down to help you up to reception.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast on the rooftop patio.

Should replace linens, pillow covers that are stained and will not wash clean. Small expense for a big impression. The big rooms including the bathroom could be modestly reconfigured and updated a little for a big improvement.

Since the shower isn't partitioned off, the entire bathroom floor gets wet after showering.No refrigerator inside the room.

Staff were very friendly and location is great for being right next to the port and restaurants.

Bathroom cleanliness was appalling, room #4 for reference. Sink waste pipe led directly to the base of the shower.Upstairs rooms didn't have this problem for reference

Great short stay before getting on the boat to Komodo. Perfect for what we needed and a great rooftop breakfast overlooking the harbour.

Very well placed in the middle of the city center with a nice view of the harbor. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

It is an older hotel that needs a lot of work. However for a solo traveler it works. Cost should be lower.

Wonderful place with friendly staff and great location near the harbor. I stayed here 6 nights and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the harbor and all main dive shops. The ocean facing rooms have really nice view overlooking the harbor. Room is clean, bedding is comfortable, no incests or ants.

Basic hotel, need to bring your own amenities.

The hotel is characterised by its appealing design and above all by the friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast on the roof terrace with a view of the harbour is a particular highlight. Although the rooms show signs of wear and tear due to their age, they are, in our opinion, in an acceptable condition and will probably be maintained.

Some things need to be new or renovated.

Good location by the port for doing the Komodo trips, we could walk there which meant a slightly later start time. Good as a jumping off base but not much else.

The room wasn't clean eg. The bathmat and cover bedspread. Also breakfast wasn't very good, we ended up going to the cafe on the road which was better.
