Central locale, good takeaway free breakfast for AM tours. Restaurant upstairs good. Staff trustworthy.

Live music disrupts sleep up to ~10pm. Squeaky bed, dusty floors, run down bathroom.

The room was really stylish and aesthetically pleasing, even out of season this place seemed to be thriving which is great!

My room was right below the cafe upstairs so I was woken up by the chairs moving over head and the mopeds beeping outside

The check in was taking long, the room aircon didn’t work (the hotel rectified that though) and the bedsheets were stained. Rest was ok. Note: we had a room facing the road which was quite noisy in the morning.

I liked that the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful—the view from their rooftop restaurant was also superb, where you can enjoy the sunset with a harbor view. The decoration was beautiful. They have a water dispenser near our room and free sachet coffee. You must walk to a cafe called "Takabajo", they have nice coffee, try matcha mango, and sit out to enjoy the sunset. They surprised us with a cute anniversary decoration on the bed. The location was the best feature of this hotel. Shops and cafes are within walking distance.

The bed was not stable and made a lot of noise even with a small motion. Imagine your anniversary, but you can't enjoy the bed. You know what I mean. The hot shower did not last so long. Their restaurant has a magnificent view, but the food that we ordered was not so good.

1. Good vibes. Come with style. 2. The hotel is in a very good spot. Not so far from the port. And it comes with a good sunset view on the restaurant balcony. 3. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Do tip them as you can.4. The hotel also near a supermarket and i highly recommend you to try 'Komodough' a bakery house and cafe nearby.

It is a bit noisy at night. As the hotel put benches and free coffee corner in front of guest rooms, at night there'll be group of tourists come chit- chatting in front of guest rooms. And also some strange noise of machineries before bedtime.

We booked the Ocean view and therefore you are on the side of the road leading to a lot of traffic noise. There is also a night club not so far away which makes a lot of noise at night, this was disturbing for us to sleep. Our view was also not so great, we were only on the first view.

Great location and they were so kind to mind my bags between dive boats.

The rooms are all along a hallway that I found pretty noisy and the food overpriced but there's so many nearby restaurants that wasn't an issue. They also checked the room when I checked out and knocked on my door when I was due to leave, and I was literally coming out the door - perhaps they've had guests stay past leaving time or wrecking the place - but it wasn't a nice last memory of the place.

The Eco Tree was a great stepping off point for my trip to the Komodo Islands. They arranged airport transfers which was a great service with my plane delayed. The check in process was easy and I was shown to my single room which was exactly that. A single bed and somewhere to store clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was small but sufficed.Upstairs the restaurant and dining had spectacular views and at night time it was magical. I had a massage which was quite good, although a little expensive compared to Bali. Across the road is an Alphamart and its walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.

The staff was friendly, but that was the extent of it.

I genuinely think this hotel is a health risk. Our room smelled so strongly of mildew that I felt the need to hold my breath, and the bathroom was 10 times worse. It looks like there is black mold growing on the walls, water comes out from between the tiles in the bathroom, and the tiny little windows barely let in a shred of light because they looked directly into somebody's shed. On top of that, they didn't fully close so lots of outside sounds could be heard, and they clearly haven't been washed in years. The floor was sticky, and the walls have so many unrepaired dents and chips that it seems to be falling apart day by day.

Really nice, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff were very kind and helpful. When I was sick and needed water, they even brought it down to my room.

Superb location before we got our Komodo boat trip. Lovely bar/restaurant with the most gorgeous view onto the sea.

“Amazing staff, great food, and central location!”I had a lovely stay at Eco Tree O’tel! What stood out the most was the staff – incredibly attentive and always smiling. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived.The location is super central, which was perfect for me since I wanted to be close to the harbor, shops, and cafes. That said, you do hear some noise from the street, especially in the evenings – but that’s part of the trade-off for such a prime location. I was aware of it and didn’t mind too much, especially since one of the staff members kindly found me a pair of earplugs – such a thoughtful gesture! Slept like a baby after that.The food at their restaurant was excellent – so good, in fact, that I ended up trying both of their restaurants during my stay. Highly recommended if you want delicious meals with a view.Would definitely stay here again!

They help to book taxi if you need to , they also contact us before our trip , always answer all my questions

The taxi guy the pick us up get really mad when he know we already booked for our Komodo island tour . He was angry and keep saying we are dumb and not booking with him for cheaper, I got very scared and nervous the entire ride to the hotel, hope they don’t use him in the future

Good location, good value for money and beautiful view.

Staff is very passive and slow. The restaurant service is sloooooow. We ordered 2 dishes, which took 1 hour to be served. The staff’s explanation was that it was because we sat on the 2nd floor of the restaurant, which doesn’t make sense at all.
