Komodo Boutique Hotel

Staff very helpful. Nice they have a shuttle so you can get into town.

Location is outside of town.

Good value for price. It is a bit out of town so having their free shuttle was very helpful.

Location far from town.

Nice place and friendly staff. Tania was very helpful to arrange our transportation whenever we need it. She also help with storing our luggages while we were in a boat trip.

It was quite and comfortable. There was a shuttle serbice to the town and the airport. Which was very handy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Tania at the reception was great.

Beautiful garden (although fountain not working), friendly attentive staff, comfortable beds and hot water

Nothing really

Breakfast was nice, don't expect various choice but good enough to kick start your day. The room and toilet is clean. Worth the price you are paying.

1. Complimentary van service that shuttles guests to & fro town.2. Friendly staff.

1. Staff hygiene is a concern - while preparing fruit juice for breakfast, she blew her nose & touched the carrots without washing her hands.2. Room floors are dirty upon check-in - asked staff to sweep it.3. Staff didn’t replenish amenities during room cleaning like bottled water, until asked.4. Bathroom amenities are pathetic- the body shampoo bottle looks like an old leftover with cap missing - it was refilled when body shampoo finished. Find this unsanitary. Liquid hand soap was diluted with water, & not refilled when finished. The floor towel outside the bathroom is stained, looks unwashed for ages4. Staff cannot speak English well & there’s difficulty communicating with them. They are unsure of their own town & gave wrong info when asked. Eg counter girl said Grab only offers bike & not cars, but this is not true.5. Complementary van could do with an upgrade.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was a bit far from the center, but they offer a free shuttle service that drops off/picks up anywhere you want to go. The free breakfast is nice and there's a beautiful garden to sit in. They were able to do my laundry for me and returned everything very nicely organized and folded. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the perfect place to relax during your travels to labuan bajo!

There is a free shuttle to and from town and the airport and port which was amazingSpacious and clean roomsAccommodating ownerGood for one or 2 nights

The staff didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate15 minute shuttle into town; not much aroundRoad is under constructionIn the garden there is a lot of standing water which is a breeding ground for mosquitosBreakfast was not very goodNot very “boutique”

Free shuttle all day.

We saw it was a 9.2 on booking rating but I can confirm it was a 6 at best. Staff does not speak English, facilities look like no one is taking care of the place, free breakfast was not great, room with hard bed and not particularly clean. I am writing this just so someone else does not book there thinking it will be great because of the rating because it is simply not great. To the owners : place has a lot of potential but it needs a minimum of investment, only turning back on the fountain would help!!

Clean and friendly staff

Nothing. All is good

One of the most stunning villa I ever stayed at my life! Everything is beyond perfect, truly luxurious experience with a million dollar view. Definitely will be back again!!

Everything. The breakfast was an absolute highlight.

The room’s WiFi

One of the best places I’ve stayed during the 13 years traveling. The service is really impressive, everyone is super friendly. It’s a hotel but I did feel like home.
