Beautiful layouts and attentive staff. Property is a bit far from the main town but they provide complementary transportation.

The view was inspring and calming. The room was spacious and beautifully laid out. I loved th atrium in the bathroom. Just a wonderful place.

Only there for one night and everything was great. Lovely surroundings. Easy to get a ride back and forth to town. Comfortable room. Good breakfast.

Views of the bay, the infinity pool, the breakfast options, attentive and helpful staff, free shuttle services into downtown. They even provided a packed breakfast as the planned excursion was before the breakfast period.

Mosquitoes.

Pool was amazing; my bungalow was also very nice and clean and comfortable. It’s a bit out of the center, but they provide a free shuttle down into the town. Plus Grab delivery drivers will come up the hill, so the location isn’t an issue.

All is good, except we don't have a hair dryer in our room but we didn't ask as it was already late at night. We did request for a stand fan and they were nice to provide. Breakfast was delicious and you'd find this owner as one who does honest business and tries to make guests comfortable.

Amazing view and scenery, well attended garden, beautiful pool area and incredibly friendly staff. Perfect for quiet getaway and i doubt many places can beat the beautiful sunset view. Shout out to Dedy and team, at one point I lost my phone and they went above and beyond to help us find it, such kind and attentive staff members. They don’t pretend to be a polished hotel, there’s nothing pretentious about the Villa but the service you get is 5 star! Communication is super easy via WhatsApp it’s like having a personal concierge. We stayed in a bungalow and the view from our bed is breathtaking.Simple, but fresh breakfast everyday. You can order food to the dining area which has an amazing view. Well sized pool and outstanding landscaping.Free shuttle to town is useful too. The slope down is steep but doable with a motorbike. Highly recommended!!

The hotel's breakfast was delicious. All the staff we met were very friendly. The hotel offers free shuttle services to the town, which is super convenient. The swimming pool is beautiful, and you can enjoy stunning sunsets from there.

The hotel is in a villa style, with spacious rooms. Although the furnishings aren't very new, they're still functional. However, there are a lot of bugs near the hotel.

Bad value for money

We stayed for three days and I am not satisfied about below 3 points.1. Only cash is accepted as payment method. On the second day the staff came and asked us to pay the hotel fee by cash. I was suprised becasue I booked via booking.com and it should be paid automatically by my credit card. They said they didn't receive my payment. Anyway then I brought my credit card to them to pay, they told me their pos had some issues and didnot work, although it is clearly stated in the booking.com that VISA credit card is accepted by the property. They asked me to go to ATM and withdraw cash. The total hotel fee for three days was 9.6M IDR which was a lot of money. I couldn't take that much cash from ATM. I tried contacting booking.com and the contact number is local Indonesia number, I asked if they could call this number to check together, they said no and they said it is my issue and they asked me to use my Chinese phone number to call it.2. Bad attitude from so called manager. We booked the boat trip quite late at 10pm. Then I texted manager at 10:07pm if hotel can provide breakfast box at 6:30am next day. The manager didnot reply so I kept asking and asking, until 11pm I didnot want to wait anymore. Until the next day he still didnot reply to me regarding breakfast box, while the staffs at the reception confirmed that breakfast box is provided if we contact hotel in advance. During the three days he never showed up and explained about the breakfast box and payment method.3. Poor maintainance: Many furnitures are not repaired, cabinet door cannot be closed properly, the bump of hand washing bottle doesn't function well, the water from one of the shower head is too small, the door of freezer in the fridge is gone etc.

The location with the spectacular view over the islands where you have your welcome drinks and swim are superb. The handy pickup and drop off service is brilliant and really friendly.

Minor issue with air conditioner not quite being up to the challenge!

The staff are so welcoming and very helpful. The location is incredible!! Especially the reception area and the infinity pool area, it’s out of the world!!!

Remote and quiet away from the main road .. perfect location after a 30 hour flight..great staff .. homemade breakfast a delight..great views comfy bed fab ac...

Make sure the taxi knows where to go Google maps has it at the wrong location..turn up next to the petrol station

Breathtaking view, villa also has a nice charm

Our aircon wasn’t the best, struggled to keep the room cool.

the villa itself was a good size. the rooms and bathroom were comfortable. the airconditioning wasnt too strong so during the day it was warm and at night, the master room wasnt too comfortable for sleeping. the kitchen was convenient. the bathrooms were big and clean.

airconditioning needs to be serviced. there were some large lizards in our villa which is too be expected in a place like this but just gave us a bit of a shock. the location is a bit further out of town but its not a big deal because the property provides a shuttle to town as needed. need to go to town for meals. restaurant on sit provides snacks.

Broken wooden floorboards on the terrace can be dangerous.
