Not a single thing

You guys told me we didn’t have a booking. We insisted we did. Your staff called their boss. They could not find our booking so we left and booked somewhere else and then you STILL CHARGED ME. so I paid for a room I never received? Further more the stairs are atrocious. You don’t say how hard of a trek it is to get to your hotel. The signs are hard to see so we wandered around for an hour before finding reception. And since it was ALL stairs it was a very hard task.

Beautiful property, I enjoyed sunset viewing from the balcony. We did some family photos around the property as well, because every corner is gorgeous. The room and bathroom has rustic feel, but very clean. Host is very friendly and helpful. I would return and book the new suite, which is completely enclosed with ac and may keep the room cooler. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay with my five year old and hubby.

The only thing I don’t like is it’s very hot in the afternoon from direct sun. But it didn’t bother me much, because I would be in the swimming pool around that time. Night time is pleasant.

The view was amazing! We watched the sunset every night from the balcony. And the room looked very cute. There was an extra fan in the room.

The room could use a big update and a good cleaning! The decorations were a bit old, they could be cleaned or renewed. Because there were a lot of holes in the walls, there were some mosquitos and geckos in the room. They should put a mosquitonet above the bed! Lastly, there is nothing the hotel can do about it. But because of the thin walls, I was woken up every morning by the mosque at 4am even with earplugs in.

The view is absolutely beautiful and location is good.

The hotel driveway isn’t very accessible, with quite a few stone stairs. The room is very dusty and in sore need of renovation. The property doesn’t feel secure. It gets very hot during the day, as the room is quite airy and the air conditioner couldn’t cool it down. It can also be very noisy when the town prayers are broadcast over loudspeakers — they will wake you up at 4:30am and go on for about 20 minutes. Bring earplugs.

Facilities were not good. We had problems with the toiled as we got there, than cleaness wasnt good either. Looked the moskito net hasnt been cleaning in a long time. For the price we paid we got a much better price and go and Watch the sunset from a restaurante or something

The room itself was lovely and large, with a great size balcony overlapping the harbor that allowed for lovely views.

The stairs getting there were difficult. Up a hill then some stairs, to go down then up again to get to the room, it was like a hike. The bathroom was down a ladder in a dark room that made it smell damp at all times. And for the price point paid I feel like a breakfast should be included.

Beautiful place with good views but most definitely needs some work

When I arrived i was brought to a different room than i booked. After asking if i could have my room that i paid for i finally got moved. Once getting to the room the doors didnt lock bathroom door was broken, and the shower head fell off when i went to take a shower. I told the staff i am not comfortable sleeping in a room that doesnt lock and i was brought to a new room that was so dirty. The doors were also cracked open a bit for bugs to come in always. And mosquito net was to small for the bed and had holes all in it so i was eaten alive by mosquitos and woke up to lizard poop all over me, the bed sheets the floor. Honestly better to just sleep outside.

Unbeatable views across the harbour and great sunset views. The rooms are very quirky as you would expect in alternative accommodation/ the bed was comfortable, the hot water was good and the WiFi was very satisfactory. My wife loved the decor but each to his/her own.

The access is very difficult with wheeled suitcases due to several sets of rocky steps - back-packs would be easier.

The rooms are very spacious with a nice woody/beach decoration, a great balcony and a very nice view over the harbor and great sunset pointing direction. Quiet area despite the prier calls and easy access to the main road with lot of eating options

A lot of dust in the room and in all the linens, curtains, mosquitos nets up to getting some instant allergies while getting to the bed and sofa. The swimming pool water not very clear neither. Restaurant very limited choice

The room was okay, the view is excellent.

We booked a room for 2 nights with breakfast included. On the 1st day we didn't get any and on the second day we were told there's no breakfast. We told the women that was there that we asked for breakfast last night and we were told to come between 7-10 to have it. She said we won't get any. We argued a bit and eventually she prepared 1 pancake each and coffee which I can't consider as breakfast. When we checked out we were told we have to pay for it and the lady called her boss to tell us to pay. The boss told us on booking it's breakfast included but it's not actually. So a scam from the hotel. We argued again and left without paying obviously. There's also a lot of noise during the night and we couldn't sleep well. For this money, there's no point booking this place. I regret coming here

Stayed twice because it’s the best place to stay in Labuan Bajo! Such a beautiful and peaceful view overlooking the harbour. Magic place. Love it!

Complete let down, definitely isn’t what the website shows. Rodents eating our food in the night. No wifi. Mosquitoes everywhere. Maybe we just got a bad room. I never leave a review like this but for price I payed. I wouldn’t recommend. Very disappointed. Owner very rude to her staff…..

Great location overlooking the harbour yet away from the hustle… beautiful view, peaceful and very stylish rooms. Very detailed with the furniture that’s gives it a homey feel. It’s got character not like other hotels that are generic and sterile. Loved our stay at Selini Hills

Everything was perfect

Amazing view , cabin style & orignal decoration ! It’s such a unique place :) restaurant is the best looking of the whole country ! However the pool wasn’t working during all of our stay :( was disappointing since we reserved it for it … other than that, I do recommend !

This is an absolutely Fantastic place !!Very trendy/rustic/hidden «gem», just beside the City Centre, 5-10 minutts walk, and you are in??Happy place, Happy people.Also one of the better places for SunSet, beautiful.You need to see this place.All needed equipment in the Condo, I must say, this is a positive surprice, way above what was expected.If you are a «Spoiled Pussy» and expect a 4-5 star Hotel, you can go elsewhere and be bored, here you’ll not ?Thanks !!

The staff. They need to improvr their english level.

The location is good, very near everything you could need, also the view is good you can see the whole of harbour. The staff were nice and. friendly. They also fixed the AC quickly after not working.

It bothered us that the sheets and pillow cases, as well as towels had some stains on them. Also the shower was not particularly good. The AC didn’t work at first, when they fixed it it was still to warm, but we managed with that plus a fan they provided. Lots of animals, especially ants in the bathroom, some gekos which because of not sealed doors can come inside.
