Green Hill Boutique Hotel

The room has a lo of space, a nice couch and a big balcony where you can relax.The bed is very comfortable.The staff is very friendly and they helo you bring you suitcases up.

Unfortunately there was construction and it was loud. It is not the hotels fault and they give you earplugs, but we didn’t extend there because we knew we could not relax because of the noise :(

Big, spacious rooms and kind staff.

The property has a good location and offers decent amenities overall. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. While there were a few challenges—such as the stairs to the rooms not being mentioned during booking, some maintenance issues like air conditioning on the first night, and showers needing attention—the team did their best to assist us. Hot water availability was limited, but we appreciated having it even briefly. With a few improvements in upkeep, this place has the potential to provide a much better experience.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean with nice interior. The suite's patio was pleasant. We really enjoyed the open area where guests have breakfast and where we can enjoy beautiful view overlooking the harbor. Surrounded with options of restaurants and walking distance to Puncak Waringin, one of significant landmark of Labuan Bajo.

There were bit of mosquitoes outside and inside the room, which still tolerable.

There seems to be a disco close by and the low frequency sound can be heard and felt deep into the night.

Comfortable bed and good location

The room lacked basic necessities like hand soap (we were told to go into the shower to use shower gel if we wanted to wash our hands). WiFi slow at times. There were also moments when our room didn’t have electricity even though other rooms had power. The front desk reception employee was rude, providing the worst customer service we’ve experienced in Indonesia. There are many better places to stay in town.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The pancakes were lovely. The view from the top is lovely. There are stairs to walk up but it means you are up from the road so it is quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

It’s in the centre, close to everything

There was a construction site just next to it, so very noisy. And the “breakfast included” means you have to order it from the menu the day before including tea or coffee, also for an exact time, what is very inconvinient.

I loved staying at the Green Hill Boutique Hotel. Far and away exceeded my expectations! It was clean, and close to all shops, restaurants, and cafes. So convenient and quiet, even with construction everywhere.

Hoping one day they will have a pool!

The pièce de resistance was the patio just adjacent to my room, offering breathtaking views of the port.But what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly helpful and always at your service, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Even when I embarked on an island tour, they graciously packed my breakfast, making my journey even more enjoyable. Their breakfasts, are simple but delicious. The coconut pancakes were a standout, bursting with flavor and leaving me craving more.In conclusion, this boutique hotel in Labuan Bajo stands out as one of the best places to stay. It offers a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable experience. Plus the vicinity has a lots of cafés, restaurants and souvenir shops to roam around.

Very pretty, comfortable, clean room, with nice private porch. Open air covered lounge on the same floor as our room nice, with nice view. One floor down is the restaurant. Very good breakfasts and dinner. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Whole structure built into a hillside, with exterior steps. So this charming hotel may not be a good choice for anyone who has difficulty with steps.

Geckos on outside walls at night wouldn't let me get close enough for good photos.

The staff was great and polite. The hostel is beautiful and comfortable. The location is also strategic.
