Very clean, great staff, excellent value.

The A/C in our room did not work. They let us know it would be 45 minutes to fix. They ended up switching us rooms because it could not be fixed. Seems like an outdated place. The bathroom smelled of a weird odour and was damp.

Our family room opens directly to the pool. Kids had a blast with the easy access to pool. Room was spacious. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit far from town and each shuttle trip costs money.

Great location. Nice to be able to walk into town.

It’s right on the beach but you aren’t allowed the swim in the ocean.

The pool area was lovely with shade and sun. The beach was a non swimming beach but all good with me. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

The hotel is very beautiful with pool and sea view.The highlight is definitely the people and service, we didn’t know Komodo does not have grab car, only bike, so the hotel provide affordable car service in town saved our trips.10 mins drive to the city center and 15 mins to the airport.

Facilities in the toilet is a bit old and the pillow is too high, it would be great if there’s one high and one low pillow.

Very friendly staff, beautiful location, really enjoyed 6 activity snorkeling + Kimodo tour well organised through the dive centre. Bit far from town but taxis and 1.5km walk was fine

Can't swim in the sea from the beach not sure I fully understood why. This eas a big disappointment and would have made the hotel perfect.

I stayed in the first floor room and the view was really great. The staffs were friendly.

The bathroom. Neither do the website nor the booking.com images show the bathroom correctly. I booked the room thinking it would look like what the picture represented. It was not and it was gross. It was a huge disappointment.

Beautiful view from the pools. Easy with family of 4 on site. Room was big. I would stay here if I wanted to be a few minutes out of town and wanted somewhere quiet.

It felt "tired" . The bathroom had 2 showers but neither were nice, not bad, just not nice.

Clean spacious rooms, breakfast with decent variety. Friendly staff. Note that not all of them are good with English, so be patient. In room facilities are basic.The location is a bit out of town. Vegetarian food options are limited, but you can have all meals here if you don't mind some repetitions. Sunset view from the beach is nice, and you can see the lit up sail boats in the night. It would be nice if they can get an espresso machine even if it's going to be charged at breakfast.

The staff was helpful and kind. The pool was clean and on the beach. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious. We forgot an item at checkout in the room that could have easily been thrown out and they held on to it until we returned.

Beautiful sunsets, short walk to town, incredible staff/ kind, professional and helpful, spacious ocean front room and yummy breakfast and dinner. Pool was a great size and nice to have a dive shop on site.
