The staff was very sweet and overly accommodating! They have a van that will take you in town when you need (included in the hotel price). They upgraded us just because -Very nice!

Good value for money. 15 min walk to center of town. FREE shuttle to and from town (5 min)Good breakfasts. Excellent staff.

stayed again after diving trip because it felt so comfortable and great value and good location. they upgraded my because I stayed previously which they didn't have to do. they were always so friendly, felt like a big family there. free airport shuttle was very nice too.

I love everything. The staff is super friendly. They are so nice i would to be back again and stay there for more days. The price is very cheap and affordable, the breakfast is good . Anything is good.

Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend to families and solo and couple travelers that are seeking a budget friendly but welcoming and cozy stay. I liked that the hotel offers breakfast everyday (for about $50,000 rupiah). I didn't try the breakfast personally but had some other food items from the restaurant (the soups were wonderful and flavorful and fresh with veggies and had one almost everyday). I liked that the restaurant has seating on a balcony overlooking the facade of the hotel. The staff was all so very sweet. There is a free shuttle from and to the airport and it's great. They were very accommodating with the time to the airport. Free fresh filtered water on every floor.

The bathrooms are a little small and maybe some upgrading needed, but that's costly and time consuming. The AC is nice to have in the room but where the AC is in relation to the beds there is a wall that hides the rest of the room so the AC sometimes doesn't feel enough as it's in a farther corner. Maybe adding some more comfortable seating in the middle of the area of the third floor where the water filter is would be good.

Not expensive, they pick you up from the airport, the staff is nice, they allowed us to store our bags there while we were on a boar trip.

The facilities are very old, the bed is as hard as a rock, the hotel is 20 min walking distance from the centre. No hot water.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The room and bed are nice. The common facilities are nice. There is some work to the center of the city, but nothing that kills you.

The staff here was some of the friendliest staff members I've encountered throughout my 4 months of traveling. The free airport shuttle upon arrival is such a great add, to include the free snack and coffee/tea mid-day. The rooms aren't in the greatest condition, nor are the facilities. But you can tell that they are clean and the staff does the best they can to accommodate you

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Nice to get a harbor pick up and airport drop off included in the room rate. Every afternoon they provide coffee and fried banana which was also a bonus.

Breakfast was good and offered a western breakfast if you didn’t like their Indonesian breakfast. Staff was helpful for all need and gave us a ride to the airport for free.
