This is one of the most beautiful locations and hotels I have ever seen. Sunset over the ocean with the scattered islands is spectacular. Exceptional service and food. I wish I had realized how many activities there are from the hotel and booked longer

The view and staff are providing good memories to our trips.

There is no designated for smoking. While spending at balcony at level 7, there many days, we can’t stay at balcony because of smoke from cigarette.

This is the absolute best resort I've ever been to in my life. I want to return with my entire family one day. The cuisine is full of cultural and international delicacies, the staff is the kindest, and the infrastructure is breathtaking. 5 stars

Great location and beautiful room. We booked the one day tour to Komodo, Pink Beach, etc which was wonderful. Also went kayaking with a hotel guide which was great. Food excellent, room so comfortable. Pool bar and lounge area on the jetty are top. The view from the rooftop bar is unparalleled.

Bug bites but it is part of Indonesia so what can you do if you want natural surroundings.

It's a beautiful property and very close to airport and town. Great location for trips to komodo national Park. We loved Rinca restaurant and the staff. View from the rooms was amazing. Service was great. Staff do not understand English well, so it's necessary to use Google translate. We enjoyed the hotel activities like the sunrise hike and SUP private island visit. We had a very relaxing nice stay.

We did the island hopping tour which was great. It seemed very difficult to do any other tour outside of this option. We wanted to do the snorkeling trilogy tour which was listed in the ayana app but was told it was not running. They have a whole fleet of boats but only one running. We ended up going through an external operator for a private boat tour to be able to snorkel additional islands in komodo national park. There was a lot of trash in the waters around the resort but clean towards the other side of the private island. I wished the guides wouldn't touch the coral or have us paddleboard through it.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and really feels like a luxury resort. The views and location are incredible and the staff, facilities, and food are great. We were upgraded to a better room and the housekeeping team kept it topped up with everything we needed. The whole resort feels calm and peaceful, and was a perfect end to our Indonesia trip.

The prices varied across the hotel. While the food was generally good value and they offered complimentary yoga and sunrise hiking, the airport transfers, day trips, and spa were extremely over-priced for the area. We used alternative options for our tours and taxis, which were much better value, and we decided not to use the spa due to the high prices. There also seems to be a lack of consideration for sustainability, as the hotel uses plastic water bottles, whereas others we stayed at in Indonesia provided bottles and water refill points.

Great location, nice service, convenient app, various complimentary experiences, satisfying cruise tours. However for the full-day island hopping we found the price is 3x of the price of a quite similar tour on Klook. Maybe the margin comes from the private yacht and Ayana brand

We stayed 3 nights, for the first 2 nights our room 306 is connected to room 307 with a door that cannot be opened, that’s why we could totally hear other guests next to us when they talk loud. The last night we moved to 925 and the problem was solved.

The sunset desk was really great! And the jetty gave great accessibility to dive trips - as the dive boat would pick me directly from the Ayana Jetty.

The quality of staff service was disappointing. At check-in, I had to wait more than 30 minutes without a greeting or assistance with luggage.Room service was poorly managed — I was told to order via the app, but after 30 minutes the order was not accepted and I had to call directly. Don’t promote digital services if they don’t function properly.The next day, I tried to book the Japanese restaurant through the app but never received a confirmation. When we arrived, we were seated outside and told there was no availability indoors, even though the restaurant was less than a quarter full. Only after repeated requests were we moved to the teppanyaki table . Over the next two hours the restaurant never filled beyond three-quarters capacity, making the experience feel dismissive and unreasonable, especially as hotel guests paying a premium.At the Naga Bar, service was equally slow — 30 minutes for two cocktails and nearly an hour for one small plate of squid.

A great resort offering excellent service and facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views of the sea. Breakfast is an excellent spread. And there are lots of paid and free activities to keep the family engaged and active. Otherwise, just relaxing by the pool is great.Snorkeling and paddle boarding by the pier is great fun.

There is no beach at the hotel. A very small rocky beach is offered on a private island spot which can be accessed by boat at fixed hours. The water is very clean.

Amazing view, the room is really nice.The bar is in a boat, very unique.

I joined the morning yoga class.It was very obvious that the instructor was struggling to do the pose himself.Half of the participant left the class before it ends.I felt really bad for him, cause clearly he's not a yoga practitioner let alone an instructor.Later in the day I saw him working as a waiter in the beach bar.I mean, come one Ayana.. get a proper instructor or no yoga class at all.It was a bad experience for both the guest and the poor guy.

The bed is extra large.. the view is outstanding, staff are welcoming

When we arrived the hotel at 2pm, the room still not ready!! and we should wait around 30 minutes to be ready!!The restaurants within the hotel is super expensive compared to other restaurants in other resorts or in the city!

The hotel lobby had a stunning view over the bay, which was amazing to see everyday, especially at sunset. The rooms were luxurious & bathrooms very spacious. The pier & deck area were great for relaxing by the seafront & gaining access for swimming. The staff everywhere were friendly & always helpful, despite a heavy number of guests.

We were on the 3rd floor, facing the pool, so it was noisy during breakfast times in the morning. There wasn't much of a beach, although it was advertised as a beach front - but this appears to be the same for all resorts in Labuan Bajo. The numerous yachts/ boats in the bay did occasionally spoil the view.
