Such a beautiful hotel, pool was amazing, staff are so friendly and polite, and the buffet breakfast is great! (Pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruits, etc)

There were a lot of bugs in our room

The only good thing was the staff who were exceptional.

This was certainly not a 4-star hotel. I had booked a second stay at the hotel before visiting and lost my money rather than stay at the hotel again. It was disappointing.

The hotel is very spacious and the pool and lounge chairs are very inviting. Overall it offers many facilities and great service for a good price.

Even though there are quite a lot of options at the breakfast, it is not the best. We also had to wait for +30 minutes for the hotel driver to pick us up after we arrived at the harbor (however, it is nice that the transfer is included/free).

Bad service! Not as advertised. Communication in English very poor! Rooms are smaller than advertised. Not very clean. They won't even provide 2 umbrellas per room in the rainy season.They said 1 umbrella per room . Overall very bad cooperation by staff

A b8t far from town, rooms not well sound insulated you can hear the corridor as if the people where in your room. Food apparently from breakfast buffet overpriced and not at all tasty. Avoid

This was a real surprise for the value. The accommodations are fantastic. Great pool, rooms, and fantastic beds and bath. There is almost too much food for breakfast. I stayed for 10 days due to a diving accident. Special appreciation for the staff - Arno, Serlin, Selve and the manager Mr. Sigis.

The rain.

We went during off season so the price was a little more affordable. It’s definitely worth it. Outside of the main town a little but we didn’t mind since we had a scooter. Super quiet and the property is classic big resort type stay. The pool and garden is beautiful. We spent a lot of time handing out by the pool. Private access to the beach which is amazing for the sunset. Staff were very helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety. The room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also big. Would definitely stay here again.

Very old building and fournitures, little insect and ants everywhere included in the breakfast buffet. We asked for the free shuttle to the airport twice and in both cases we got confirmation but comes the morning the driver didn’t have our names in the list and left without us we had to ask the receptionist to call back the driver and drove us back to the airport.. Honestly would not go back again

Location was a bit farther from town than we would have liked but the hotel was recommended by our tour we were to take the next day. Only the hotel restaurant was close, but they offered a shuttle service to pick us up from the airport as well as take us to town and back for dinner. It is a very quiet location but the decor seems to be a bit outdated. Did get to enjoy a sunset on the beach.

We stayed in a homestay on Komodo Island, and the host was also our guide. It was a truly unique and authentic experience. We got to see local life in Komodo Village first-hand, something you can’t get on big tours or cruises.The homestay owner and our guide Jhuna and his family were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The food was homemade and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our host showed us all the main sights of the island, including a guided trek through Komodo National Park.We saw Komodo dragons of all ages and sizes — even a massive one over 2.5 meters long. And even saw two dragons during mating behavior (almost!).We also visited the beautiful Pink Beach and climbed to a stunning viewpoint. The next day we went snorkeling — swam with a baby shark, saw lots of colorful fish, and explored a coral reef.Our guide took great care of us and even accompanied us back to Labuan Bajo. In just two days, we saw and experienced so much. It was a real, personal adventure — far better than any luxury cruise or one-day tour.Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly connect with the island and its people.

The room was very nice and comfortable.

We wanted to rent a scooter, the staff told us to go down the street they didn’t want to call someone. Remind you it was 8pm and dark. So we had to walk 10min in the dark to get a scooter. Every other place we stayed they always organized a scooter for us, so we are just not used to it.

Room was super clean. Mini bar. Large pool. Friendly and courteous staff. Generous spread of buffet breakfast. Airport transfers. Daily shuttle service to Labuan Bajo town in the evening.

No safe deposit box in room.

Lovely hotel however it is a bit dated - breakfast has a lot of options (not all of them fantastic but still good). Gym onsite which is great!

Horrible food at restaurant. Bfast is just ok. Far from town center but they do offer free shuttle a few times per day.

Clean, near the beach, spacious, open.We got an upgrade from deluxe to suite which is wonderful.We love the big room and bathroom.

Some things weredefinitely nice: clean rooms, a very nice outside area with the pool, it was a great time relaxing over there. The amenities were wonderful, they had table tennis, which I appreciate, they had a sort of gym, which I didn't use, but still was there. And then they provided a really nice shuttle both to town and the airport, which should be a given considering their location, but still nice that they provide.

So there are a few big things I didn't like about the hotel.First is the good and sort of predatory behavior utilizing the fact that they are far from town. The cafe were they serve food is abysmal. The staff is nice, but the food is terrible, not to mention the price. They overcharge you like crazy, which would be fine if at least they would deliver, but no, the food is just plain bad. They charge you for water, and they overcharge you for motorbike, so what we did was rent a motorbike in the city and just drive there to eat, saves you money and you can avoid some terrible terrible food. Second, the WiFi was really unstable during our time there. We needed a good connection for some calls, however it was bad. We tried asking for some help here but all we got was that the wifi was fine. Not for us though. So annoying things here and there.
