everything about the hotel i liked except last day breakfast was served at 7am instead of 6.30am, we had to check out and hotel didn't inform us about the delay in advance.

Good location, easily accessible for parents who has kids studying at VIT.

I wish we have daily newspaper and the complimentary laundry service that was available earlier.

Restaurant part is the best

They added someone's expenses into my final bill.I made several requests to the receptionn but nothing worked without further multiple follow upsReception team is very bad, except Shaily who is very friendly.

Was an excellent stay, though it was only for one night. The room was very well maintained, and quite spacious. The hotel staff (esp. one of the colleagues Piyush) was supportive to arrange things as quick as possible, after a couple of hours delay for my train to reach. The hotel taxi was accommodative of the delay. The breakfast was very good!

Clean rooms, Friendly staff, Delicious food. Property is relatively new compared to others. Rooms are up to international standards. Staff are extremely amicable be it from housekeeping, reception and valet. Breakfast and continental selection in menu is also satisfactory. Will recommended any day.

Monotonous breakfast buffet options. Some variation would be nice. Eg:- Sausage / Bacon, Hash brown / Potato wedges etc.

Staff at the restaurant were stressed and bit inexperienced for a 4 star rated hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to Gavaskar, the chief cheff to provide me with Gluten Free menu.

Nothing much. The towels at the pool need to be replaced with new ones.

While leaving , many hotel employees tried helping to keep luggage inside the car. Appreciated their help . But if it just 1 instead of 4 , it would be appreciated

I have booked through booking.com and credit card details were collected for guarantee but when I reached there my payment was already done through the credit card . If they wanted pre payment they would have given the option i would have used my preferred payment option . I was late to the hotel but I have informed them promptly but when I reached there money was already taken from my credit card , my question is what is the hurry.

It’s location & hospitality of staffs is warm

Costly compared to other properties within the same vicinity. They were not willing to understand & charged me more & I end up paying additional 4200/- above my INR 56000/- billing which is a kind of 12000/- INR per day only accommodation. Food remain the same throughout the whole 5 days stay & expensive not value for money

Service was very good. Shikha and Pratima at the front desk were very courteous and helpful

There were no Hindi channels to watch tv

Breakfast buffet was amazing especially the Restaurant Manager Ms Mahalaxmi madam (Hope I got her name correct) was par excellence. She is an icing ? on the cake for the hotel and is true asset in the long run.

I will wait in future to identify anything here to be disliked since every thing is beyond expectations compared to any other leading Hotel property in Vellore.

Hospitality of team

Food is highly expensive and quantity was so low but the price was high.
