Hotel Benzz Park Vellore

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The location is easily accessible, which made travel very convenient. The room was comfortable and peaceful, making the overall stay pleasant and hassle-free.

the breakfast was average with limited spread, juices served were not good, food quality and variety was average.the beds were not stationary, use to slide while reclining on it and were creaky, The washroom was small in size and not clean to the standard once expects it to be.

Staff were very helpful. Always willing to go extra miles to help. James, Pradeep, Shakti, Zuber, Subashini, Mr. Kartiken all are worth mentioning for their effort to make our stay special. Special shout for Mr. Srinath. He has gone way out to help me with the hotel WIFI issue I was facing. I truly appreciate and THANK YOU MR. Srinath

Wifi connection are not consistent snd reliable in all floors and rooms. It is hard to work from hotel. I had to use my cellular data for first 2 days or so.

Car parking area quite small.

Nice location in the heart of the city just next to CMC , well maintained and clean. Staffs were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

The bed was making noise on movements

The variety of meals available especially when it was buffet. I also enjoyed the massage sessions.

The 1% of the eating area staffcoumd do with a little more training in customer care.

The property was well kept. Good service at the reception and parking. A special mention to receptionist Kaleemullah who made it more special and looked after us

There was an unpleasant odour in the toilet but it was kept clean.

The warmth of the staff was comforting and re assuring. And the food is fantastic.

They don't have a. Airport shuttle. But o. The website it shows as something provided by the hotel

Old room in need of renovation. AC too cold and impossible to set it at a higher temperature. Window not opening. Bed saggy and uncomfortable. Very noisy position.

Excellent south Indian food. The care was evident in preparation, serving and the smile on the faces were icing on the cake

Drinking water provisioning . A water jug and two glasses are basic . The half litre water bottles must go

Bathroom is not clean and very old , after taking full room charges at the time of checking they started asking for money at the time of checkout and they didn't gave any receipt while checkin

Descent Resturant and Seperate Lounge Bar quite spacious. Good location and ease of. Communication. By far one of the best multi cuisine resturant in vellore.

Bathroom bath glass partition could have been cleaner. The A/C is lacking good control system and becomes too chilly, they could implement some energy savings measures.

Had a brief 7 hour stay, my booking dates were complicated but they were kind enough to adjust and accommodate my wishes. Breakfast buffet was quite good. Staff very good. Rooms ok. It Is very close to CMC.

It was a decent stay, the staff were nice and downside was the completely packed room with no wndws.

We weren't provided a room for which the windows could be opened for fresh air.

The location and the room size

The service is not upto the mark, definitely not anything like a 4 star hotel. There is scope for improvement in every area, right from the reception to the restaurant. Our room was not cleaned despite repeated requests. Even waterbottles were not provided on time. I regret booking my room here. Definitely not value for money.

Breakfast was generally good. Could do with a better spread, specially in juices section.The service in mornings was good and staff was polite.

Service specially in restaurants was very average. Everything is paid, even extra water bottles which is generally not expected by a hotel of this stature.The food, if at all served tasted good. Overall the pricing did not match the facilities.
