Neat & clean + big rooms with excellent beds & linens, good bathroom amenities, excellent location, sumptuous breakfast, efficient room service and pleasing staff

The way they treated us denying accommodation first and we had to prove them that we are husband and wife inspite of showing our adhaar card that showed our relationship.

The staff are very friendly and kind and they respond quickly to all needs

The internet is really bad it is very hard to use the internet while at the hotel.

poor service, highly understaffed or lack of training to staff, AC leaking water, Taps in Bathroom leaking, NO BUTTER in hotel - this was height, systems not working, charged extra for service not taken etc etc

All items were tasty but felt that most of the dishes were based on Potato

Hotel insisted on charging full tariff for late check-out; assume may be due to the demand. It was of high disappointment/inconvenience to leave the hotel due to the proposed full charge for late check-out.

The infrastructure in the room and view from the room was great. Great ambiance and lighting.

The warm reception of every staff member was an wonderful experience. The facility, restaurant, reception, elevator and every point was very neat and clean.

Location of the hotel is on the main road and cleanliness is very good. Restaurants and branded showrooms are near by. Hot is away from city bus station. Easy access to railway station.

We booked rooms for marriage guests and requested to reserve the rooms adjacent to each other but hotel staff refused.The room size is very small and not suitable for family with more than one child. No space to accommodate extra beds. In addition to that extra bed cost is very high. Lack of communication and clarity on the charges. Hotel charges even for visitors to meet the inmates.
