VANTARA SUITEs

It’s almost new and in a very good location and good cooperation from the staff.

The water from shower overflows to the room.

Great location

Whenever the shower or washroom were used, water flooded the bedroom. Had to place multiple towels as door mat.

My condition without breakfast

In Vantara suites, not available the restaurant, so guests have to go outside

The property is on the main road and near good hotel for lunch and dinner.

The realm size is a bit smaller. There was always noice in the corridor. With this cost, Breakfast could be included.

The staff was extremely kind, attentive and helpful. The room was spotless, exceptionally large, the bed comfortable, everything (AC, TV, shower, kettle) was working properly.

The location is... not great

Spacious roomCleanVery effective AC,

House keeping doesn't change towels unless you ask for itHot water is not effective ParkingNo restaurant

The wifi speed was very slow, was not able to do the work properly. The price charged during my 2nd stay was abnormally high. First stay was value for money, but the 2nd was really high.

Wifi connectivity Also a Restaurant in the hotel is very much needed, espeically when the rates are so high

The staff was efficient. The room was quite clean and spacious.

No hot water, early in the morning, as it was a solar heater, had to take a cold shower.Drinking water should be provided in an adequate quantity. A dispenser could be placed in the common area atleast. The wash basin water pressure is too high and water splashes across the counter and down to the floor.

The room is ambient and tidy. Many restaurants are nearby.

Staff are the worst. They won't allow food delivering agents to ya floor. They won't get it either. So every time we have to get down for every order. There is no proper set up for dining. Despite asking a couple of times they didn't provide plates. Worst part is while checking out they made me wait for more than 20 min and asked the charges for food stains on the bed. It's their fault not providing the plates.

Location and cleanliness

No food option available and can be made more affordable

The property was very easy to locate and reach. It was sparklingly clean. It is close to many food joints and bakeries, which makes it even more comfortable for a short stay.

New property, neat and clean

No restaurant in the property and thus no room service

Super clean rooms and toilets. Kettle, tea coffee etc with bottled water, all at 2K is amazing. Breakfast was served in the room from a nearby restaurant.

No fan in the room and the AC was switched off when I entered. Took almost 2 hours for the room to cool down and comfortable to sleep.

Room was spacious and cozy and staff was very supportive. Location wise it was near to VIT so that it was very convenient for me. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Though the facility doesnt have a restaurant , there was some good restaurant nearby. They also do support for local commute with tie up with local taxi service. The numbers of MD and CEO are prominently displayed so that you can get in touch with them for any inconveniences.

If it had a better car parking facility with gated compound, it would have been nice. Also the lack of restaurant is a minus but they support you with delivery service. Also if they could have provided for a chair in the room it would have been better.
