I liked the room and amenities of the room it was neat and clean

I regret booking this place for my stay. The reception staff don't have any courtesy for the customer. I Did a late Check-in around 2.30 and did a early check out by 6 in the morning. As I came for hospital purpose I checked with support staff for using the same room which I booked for refreshing before I start to Chennai. They rudely said we can provide you the room for the refreshing purpose. I said them it was only 11 but my actual check out time is 12. But the lady receptionist rudely said only once you check out we can't provide you any room or rest room for refreshing. This is very worst part from a hospitality services part. I have stayed in many places and the support staffs were very supportive.I strictly suggest grand ganpath to advise the reception staff to behave well and show respect to the customers otherwise they will loose many customers

Room is good ? Room space is upto the mark

Room was not cleaning even if nobody is asking shower water is coming very poorly

It was really clean and organised. I liked it about the property. The staffs were really generous and fast service and respectful.

The location could’ve been a little better. Smoking smell was coming in our room which made us uncomfortable for some time.

Stay was comfortable. The staffs were kind and helpful. Hotel interiors and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Located 2 km from Vellore fort. Baby restaurant (veg+non veg) available nearby at walkable distance. Akshaya veg restaurant and kanna veg restaurant at a km distance from this hotel. Soap, shampoo, towel and dental kit( toothbrush+ paste) were provided. 24/7 security monitored parking. The bedding and blankets were super clean. Kettle with milk powder, tea and coffee kit provided along with a small refrigerator and 32" tv with Airtel DTH.

Limited parking slots around 6-8 cars. Have to handover the keys so that cars are moved if needed. Located in a narrow street from the main road with potholes at the entrance( could be a temporary issue). One water bottle per room per day irrespective of no of guests. The extra bed provided had no cot, it has to be placed on the floor. This place has no three bed rooms.

Location.. rooms are sizable for 3 guests..Security guards are very helpful..

Extra bed..mattress provided on the floor for the 3rd guest. Got to follow up quite a few times for providing the extra bed though room was booked for 3..Huge potential to improve on response fm reception..many times phones weren't answered..

The wash rooms were stinking, no fresher, no 4 wheeler parking, narrow lane, limited breakfast buffet

Not Enough for Business Class

Hotel location is too faraway from Katpadi Railway station , More over Laundry facilities are Not upto the Level or Not upto the busines class People Expectation , Their is No House Keeping and Room service as Seperate one Room is good - But facilities are not upto the level

Helped us checked in late at night

Did not allow late late check out. The hotel was empty after 3rd July. I was to check out at 12noon. The train was at 630. They did not allow to stay till 4pm, even after paying the extra charge.

Room, Parking, Facilities. Location, Price, and on top of all this... the staff. excellent.

No complaints at all...

Stayed with family for 2 nights (3 rooms for 9 people - 6adults and 3 kids). Rooms were neat and clean. Hospitality was good. Located centrally.

Not having a in-house restaurant is a drawback however food can be managed by visiting near by restaurants. Overall stay experience was GOOD...:-)

The property was in a quiet, convenient location, looked really clean, and the staff members were well-trained, well-mannered, and learned to manage the clients in a polite manner. My only suggestion to the property is thay, it would be better if they had their own mini restaurant kind would be value added. As of now the management providing some snacks items from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m Additionally, they provide room service by helping you order meals from other restaurants when you need it.In overall highly recommended for solo and family traveller's....

After careful consideration, there is nothing dislike to write ....

Need more cleaning....Thorough cleaning of Toilet and Bed sheets Need to be more clean without stains.

Really happy with my room and the hotel. Good location in central Vellore. There are some good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The only problem was issues with the payment. They say they accept credit cards then they said no to international cards, then they said yes and tried to charge me a 10% card fee. Finally I managed to withdraw cash from the Bank of Baroda ATM, but that’s about 5 minutes up the road.

Rooms were good and comfortable. In house restaurant will be an added advantage.

Lack of communication between staffs (hand over and take over - poor communication while looking into the request of the guests).

Very bad

Room size is very small. I have booked for 03 adults 01 tripple room and there is no extra bed provided. Third person slept on the floor. Very bad facilities. Not recommended for next visit

The room was really nice and also the washroom . The staff during check-in and check-out were really nice and super friendly. Even the watchman and the caretaker were amazing .
