They didn't offer standard hotel amenities such as a kettle, tea, coffee, or a proper water bottle in the room. Other hotels provide these with the same charges. It seems they only provided tap water and want to charge for every small things. Additionally, they didn't clean the rooms daily unless specifically requested.Even though rooms were available, they didn't allow early check-in without charging a hefty fee of around Rs. 1000. From my experience, other hotels offer early check-in without any extra cost if rooms are available. Overall, it feels like they're primarily focused on maximizing profits from customers.

One advantage is Paras. Naval is close to the VIT campus and this is not a hotel.

This is one of the conventional halls for events and marriages. During our stay, there was an event and there was a lot of nuisance and disturbance throughout the night. breakfast included however they have not provided..complained to the reception 3 times in the night but no action.

Very friendly staff and location is perfect for VIT. Please do note the hotel does not accept credit cards, and isn't really equipped for foreigners.

amazing, friendly, helpful staff who did everything they could to make our stay very pleasant, despite the language barrier. Rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, everything worked and staff tried hard to meet any request

the TVs didn't seem to have many channels on them, but I don't watch TV much in any case ... really, this is a quibble .. there wasn't much that was wrong

I was visiting VIT campus. And the hotel was right outside one of the gates. So it is an ideal place for anyone who is vising VIT Vellore. The staff was very friend and helpful. They gave me enough suggestions (especially on how to avoid/escape from the greed of rickshaw vallahs) to more around in Vellore.

It is not about liking. Just some suggestions to improve the experience of travellers. The breakfast options are very limited. It was decent vegetarian south Indian breakfast. So was the lunch. One thing that I found surprisingly missing in the room was the towels/soap etc. This should be available as default for hotels of this price category. Luckily I had a towel with me, but I had to go out to buy a soap.

Nice stay , owner was so very helpful. He made sure we had our breakfast early morning before our checkout at 630am

Good Hotel. Very near to VIT. Good for Vegetarian family. Very supportive staff.

Proximity to VIT, Vellore. The bed is also comfortable. AC and Fan are working perfectly. Staff behavior is polite and helpful.

Breakfast was not good at all. Very limited options. Even Tea / Coffey is not available. The bathroom doesn't have a geyser, wash basin, or exhaust fan and the door cannot be locked from the outside. The commode shower hanger is broken. In the main room, there is a wash basin but hardly any water flows from the tap. Tatasky DTH in the room didn't work (no recharge). No Glass, Cup, or Electric Cattle are available in the room. No restaurant facility. You have to bring your food from outside through food delivery app.

The hotel staff and/or owner was accommodating and kind.

The cost per night can be made a bit lower for the standard rooms.
