Hotel O Poigai Near Airport

Worst experience

They were demanding for extra money, bed was not comfortable worst experience, location is also not correct

Very Disappointing Experience – Not as ExpectedWhen we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find the main door locked. The reception area had been turned into a storage space filled with used linens and other items. There was no staff present to welcome us or assist with any inquiries. The location was also very disappointing – it's situated on a bypass road surrounded by automobile repair shops and spare parts dealers. The area felt more like an industrial zone than a place suitable for a hotel.Despite the name "Super Hotel," our experience was far from super. I had a very bad stay and would not recommend this place to others.

Good staff and nice room with good services

Overall it was a good stay Best place to hang out with friends

Rooms were neat and clean. Location is absolutely perfect with lot of eatery’s around. Staffs were great, even they allowed me to do late check out as per my need . Recommend this stay.

This property is unbelievable never thought we would get such a pleasant stay... Rooms are very clean and comfortable have all the facilities inside... service is so good they will respond for all our needs. We are so glad we got this hotel to stay in this hotel it was a good beginning to our vacation.

Enjoyed our stay there. Room was good. Food was good. Staff are very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others as well.

Well behaved, comfortable room, clean, facilities, great front and back natural views from room. Recommended for the next time.

Everything is worst including service by OYO

OYO Cheated twice taking deposit and confirming the booking everytime it was cancelled.

Housekeeping staffs were good and polite.

Nothing is good in this. The bed and blankets were very dirty. The person at reception didn't accept the booking done through booking.com. i had to pay double the amount than what was mentioned in booking.com. No facility of water, towel, soap, tea or anything. Construction is going on and the place was a neuscence.

I liked your master brain, you all know how one can cheat the customers

You guys are cheating the customers, you mentioned on the site that the distance between your hotel & VIT is about. 0.600 mtrs. Though when I arrived it was 16 KMs. We are booking on the basis of information available on the site. I had to spend a lot of money and time making my trip to VIT several times during the 2 day stay. No food in the hotel, even a cup of tea we had to go to a tea shop. Don't put such advt of dirty hotels and cheat the tourists visiting your town/ country. Horrible experience. One should never book thr. OYO site anymore. They are not OYO. Better we should call AYOOOOOOO.

Everything is valued for money

Excellent stay makes you feel at home always

For the price, the hotel offers luxury, comfort, and great service. A great value-for-money experience!
